Pros: I spent one amazing week at Sindbad Club Hurghada and everything was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made me feel at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were always spotless, and a special thank you to Mohamed for his great work and attention to detail. I would also like to sincerely thank Gamel, Ahmed, Islam, Mustapha, Osman Ahmed, Achraf, Mina, and Sherif at the reception for their professionalism and kindness. Great hotel with everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Pros: Greta hotel in a convenient location. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely beach. Although it is across the road it has a snack bar with a good selection of food and two bars for drinks. The staff there were helpful (ie in re-arranging loungers for us) and plentiful to order drinks if you wished to.

Cons: Housekeeping did not always equip the accommodation for the number of people staying - so for example, 4 people staying but housekeeping would leave 2 glasses or 3 cups or 3 bath towels! Very inconvenient at times but rectified once you spoke to the housekeeper. Buffet had an amazing selection of food but we found some of the pasta and fish dishes overcooked so they were mushy. However, there were plenty of options for other food and we enjoyed their themed nights.

It was so good that I dream to come back

Pros: Hi, I liked everything in Sindbad Club. Every mill was very good, I used SPA and it was amazing. I preferred used pool, and was in the beach once. Staff was very welcome. So my rest was nice and beautiful.

Cons: I can't say anything I don't like in Sindbad Club.
