Cons: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the location was perfect. A special thank you to Mahmoud for his professionalism, kindness, and constant support. He truly made us feel valued and well taken care of. We would also like to sincerely thank Mohamed Elsaed Ramadan, who baked a delicious pie especially for us. This thoughtful and generous gesture touched our hearts and made our stay truly unforgettable. The level of hospitality we experienced was exceptional, and we would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and outstanding service

Great Hotel and more great stuff!!
Pros: It was a great hotel, clean, amicable stuff and very helpful. Specially Mahmoud, who was always alert and ready to help us with everything that we needed. We had so much fun!!! Definitely would repeat it!

Memorable holiday!ǰ
Pros: Everything was perfect starting from the amenities in the resort, the food was deliciois especially from Manzoku restaurant. The staff were soo friendly and helpful but especially the receptionist Wael who made our stay memorable by upgrading our room to pool view! We will miss Hurghada but definately we will be back!

A pleasant and relaxing stay, a great place to unwind.
Pros: Very well-maintained area with lots of greenery and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool was clean, sunbeds were always available, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, everything worked properly.
Cons: Breakfast could have been more varied, as the selection became repetitive after a few days. The Wi-Fi in the room was occasionally weak.

It was ok.
Pros: Perfect location, very clean, house keeping team, pool keeping team, bar, and staffs in restaurants were all friendly. WiFi was smooth and could be used throughout the hotel, even beach.
Cons: When we checkin, staffs in the front desk said that our rooms were upgraded and given the best rooms in same floor. In fact, we have five rooms. None’ s balcony has sunshine. The rooms located in third floor, while 1st and secondary floors were renovating. We stayed just in the shade and upper a busy renovating places with big noise during day. Because we were told that we received the best, any complaints will be just useless. When I checked out, the staffs in front desk asked me to give our feedback immediately. I don’t like this attitude. I don’t want to give any my feedback without thinking and discussing with my group. Especially, they asked to give 10/10. Why?!

Nice resort, great activities and friendly service
Pros: As a resort it had it all, including very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely well-assorted food court. So, if you have come for a relaxing resort holiday, it is a great place!
Cons: For a family who does not enjoy watching/participating in the night activities, there was quite a lot of noise, but they all finished punctually on the same time every night, so you’d know what to expect.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort in Hurghada. Everything was absolutely amazing – from the cleanliness of the rooms to the delicious food and the beautiful beach. The atmosphere was relaxing, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome from the very first moment. A special thank you goes to Mahmoud, the reception manager. He was incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help with a warm smile. His positive attitude and attention to detail made our stay even more special. You can truly see that he cares about the guests and wants everyone to feel comfortable and happy. We created beautiful memories here and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐️✨
