Cons: The television in the room did not allow connection to wifi, hence we couldn’t play Netflix which was a bug disappointment.

Pros: I was very pleased with my stay at **Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort**. Everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely attentive and meticulous about their work. The open buffet was also excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. Whenever we needed anything, everyone was more than happy to help. Samuel at the beach bar might be the most cheerful waiter I have ever met. Everyone was working as busy as bees. Having a child-free vacation was incredibly relaxing — we’re so glad we chose this hotel.

Cons: There was nothing at the resort that I didn’t like. In terms of price and performance, it’s definitely a hotel I would recommend.

Lovely stay

Pros: Amazing service and staff ! Big thank you to Haitham who made sure we were happy and had to good stay. Great hotel. Lovely beach is lovely. Thank you to the lifeguards who always take care of guests looking for sun beds.

Cons: The food isn't up to a five-star hôtel. Maybe the quality could be improved. Only one pool was warm enough to swim in and because there are not enough sun beds around it, so we never got to swim :( perhaps the other pool could be heated too. The indoor one is nice but we wanted to spend time outside enjoying the pool.

Pros: I liked the hotel . Spotlessly clean. Good range of food options and drinks. Sunbeds at the beach plentiful and comfortable. Rooms lovely and staff all very nice. The entertainment wasn’t to my taste at all so avoided that. A good stay.

Cons: The entertainment- get a new entertainment manager. Shows very dated.

Pros: Delicious food especially Alfredo restaurant. (They also offer round the clock food and snacks). The shows after dinner. Stunning views of the blue pools! Really nice staff - Abdullah who made up our room during our stay and the manager Haitham Serag who ensured we had all available information and checked on us via messages before and during our stay, he also offered to send us a pick up at the airport on the day of arrival. All other staff especially the restaurant staff were very welcoming and very pleasant. I recommend this hotel 100%!

Pros: I visited this hotel with my friend, and it was truly an amazing vacation. If I ever visit Hurghada again, I would definitely choose the same hotel. The service provided by the staff was exceptionally pleasant, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable, offering all the best amenities. Thanks to this hotel, my overall impression of traveling in Egypt became extremely positive. The only aspect that, in my opinion, could be improved is the variety of the food selection, as it tended to be repetitive, especially at breakfast. However, the food was still very delicious. I would also like to specially mention our room cleaner, Yousif, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I am very satisfied and highly recommend the entire experience!
