Relaxing, lovely stay. Will come again :)

Pros: Excellent food, friendly staff and facilities are well looked after. Very clean. Our room was fantastic with a magnificent view! The garden is a gem!! We loved how spacious the resort was: could always find a great spot to hang out for the day.

Cons: Sometimes the housekeeping forgot things like a towel or emptying the toilet bin. We also had a couple of lights in the room that did not work, but these were minor details. They always tried to fix things whenever we asked for something.

Pros: Excellent place to stay! Everything was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great attention to detail. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with everything you need nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others!

Pros: Everything was as expected, one of the exceptional if not the best hotel we have stayed in and we have traveled throughout the world.

Pros: We had a perfect holiday in this hotel! The property is beautiful, very well maintained and spotlessly clean everywhere. The rooms were comfortable and the whole atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The food deserves special mention — a huge variety every day and everything was delicious. Everyone can easily find something they love. We would especially like to thank Ahmed Mamdouh F.O at the reception, who was always incredibly helpful, kind and attentive. Thanks to him our vacation became truly wonderful. We are also grateful to the pool bar staff for their friendliness and great service throughout our stay. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Pros: Great location. Large rooms which were clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The food is not 5 star quality and the inclusive drinks are limited and so there was not much choice of drink.

Fantastic stay

Pros: The facilities and staff are absolutely wonderful. We had an incredibly enjoyable stay. Whatever you wanted or needed, the staff was there to help. Variety of food was good, we always found something to eat no matter what we craved.

Cons: Every day someone approached us, offering a massage or other service, and it felt a bit too much.

Pros: The staff were welcoming when we arrived early. The quality and variety of food was excellent. The room was clean and the hotel provided a welcome pack of fruit and drinks. Lovely pools and fountain show in the evening and the staff were attentive around the pool offering hot and cold drinks.

Cons: Nothing everything was perfect.

Wonderful stay at Grand Palace

Pros: The hotel was beautiful, many pools and great food options. I especially commend the staff who were very friendly and accommodating - they made our stay extra special! We had a lovely stay and would stay again! Rooms were spacious and spotless. The food was good and had a variety of options.

Cons: Not much by way of amenities or activities. Some entertainment. The bathrooms are fairly outdated

Pros: Beautifully maintained grounds, good food. The evenings were very quiet, only a little buzzing in one of the bars

Pros: The room (comfort), the people staff in the hotel, the view and the wide varieties of thing to do and choice between pools and beach. Special thanks to Tito, Achmed from reception and Khalid from the BBQ restaurant. Everyone very friendly. Also the Taxis booked via the hotel for excursions very safe and good. Food was diverse enough
