Pros: This is my third visit and as usual great value for money. Nice beach and evening activities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food and restaurant very good quality and variations of meals.

Cons: Egyptian guests were very noisy and very hostile when asked to just speak less loudly on the beach.

Pros: We was pleasantly surpriced by the reception staff. They quickly addressed all our needs. The resort amazed us with its diverse cuisine. Every day the meny features different types of meat and fish. There is a huge selection of fruits, vegetables and desserts. The chef deserves a Michelin star.The large entertainment team works with boundless energy. This optimism is worth experiencing.

Great stay

Pros: Staff was amazing. Especially restaurant staff super. From first day on the waiter remembered our drink preferences and they were brought to our table when we arrived -never experienced this before in all inclusive. Literally everyone so nice and accommodating. We miss them already. Special thanks to Diaa, Mohammed and Amir in the restaurant and Abdi in the Vitamin juice bar at the beach. Also animation team was great. Food quality and variation was outstanding. Only thing I could have asked for was more fruit at breakfast but besides that everything super good.

Cons: The room was slightly falling apart. The first couple of days there was a rusty folder bed and a nasty looking matress outside our room. The room itself very worn but aircon was working and mattresses were good. Encountered a few issues during our stay but everything was fixed imediately.
