Pros: I had the most amazing time , felt like a princess personnel is so helpful ,Zaki from reception helped me a lot to make my stay lovely , I will definitely come back again

Pros: Everything was amazing. The food was SO good, but the best part was the staff. They were the most accomodating, kind and funny people ever. Special thanks to Mohammed at the reception who saved our entire trip the first night we came, and Ahmed at the Mahara breakfast who was kind every single morning. You guys are the best

Lovely Resort close to Hurghada center

Pros: Very nice Resort, the best we have visited in Egypt actually, Very good quality on food and everything actually. The only small thing was the receptiondesk which was medium welcoming.

Cons: Can't think of anything really negative except the tipculture is growing and you get better service if you tip, should be equal and you tip if you wish, not to get better service on an all-inclusive resort.

Pros: Clean facilities. Great staff service. Very good variety of food at all times. Safe environment. Beautiful private beach for guests.

Cons: Hotel looks dated and could do with an upgrade. However, rooms and facilities are comfortable and clean. Overall, it is good value for money if you are looking for a nice all-inclusive holiday.

Pros: Our stay at this all-inclusive hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room we had was beautiful and impeccably cleaned. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and helpful, especially at the Pergola Bar and the reception. The Marrakesh restaurant was outstanding, and overall, the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. It’s a safe and welcoming place, and we were sad to leave. We will definitely be returning!
