Restful respite

Pros: The hotel staff are awesome, especially the person who tidy up our room each day. He was very helpful and really look after us.

Cons: Outside on their beach, the massage staff trying to pressure you in to taking up their services.

Beachfront and really comfortable. Avoid the lobby shops and extras!

Pros: Beach front with lots of space. The hotel was full but there was still space and loungers available round the pool and along the beach. Clean and really comfortable room. I really appreciated that there was a room ready so I was allowed to my room earlier than the official check in

Cons: I’d give the little shops near the lobby a miss. They’re not owned by the hotel but are ridiculously overpriced with owners who claim to do you a ‘good deal / special offer’ but are absolutely trying to rip you off. Also the spa down there (planet spa I think) is overpriced and treatments are not great quality or very professionally done - another thing to avoid!

Beachfront & really comfortable stay

Pros: Really comfortable room, big pool and loungers on the beach and by the pool. Lovely beachfront location

Cons: For the area, wuite expensive food and drink. Even if you need more than the small bottles of water ypu get daily for free, it’s expensive. Hotel is a little away from the centre of town - but that might be a good think if you prefer the quiet!

Pros: The hotel was amazing!Lily and Christine from the reception made my stay exceptional with their amazing attitude and eagerness to help and make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to them especially. Everything about the hotel was amazing, the room and cleanliness, the views the breakfast and dinner was delicious! and activities they have were fun. Amazing hotel, highly recommend. Thanks for the hospitality
