Wonderful! Would recommend!

Pros: The beach and the beachside set-up is magnificent and private. Super clean beach, crystal calm waters. Staff were super attentive, accommodating and friendly. Recently renovated the interiors were light, modern and stylish with lots of natural light and integration of inside/outside. The breakfast was excellent!!

Cons: There are still unfinished renovations. Did not make it past the spa front desk as it looked a bit shabby compared to the rest of the newly renovated installations. So went to another hotel in Soma Bay for massages instead.

Very nice stay but would be great with more events and parties to make the evening more fun

Pros: I liked the small gestures from the staff like caring much about how comfortable I am during my visit and sending me gifts on my birthday :)

Cons: I wanted more parties and animation stuff that someone can watch during the evening. The only possible thing to do in the evening was to watch a small show at the bar which was slightly windy.

Pros: The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The support staff proactively checked each day to make sure we had what we needed.

Pros: The hotel has an amazing location, the staff are friendly and approachable. The restaurant offered a lot of variety and the food was fresh and of good quality.

Not bad, but I would not go back

Pros: The hotel in general is nice, rooms are nice and clean, hotel is nice and clean, the beach is very close and at yet with amazing reefs and snorkel spots. Soma bay is a great location but with nothing to do more than stay in the hotel and snorkel.

Cons: The front office is the most unprofessional and helpless I have seen in my life in 4-5 star hotels, is not an adult only hotel but very poor family/ kid programs and entertainment options, however I asked it in advance before of my booking. Ongoing construction which is not allow you to use more than 60% of the hotel and facilities. They trying to trick you and make you pay much higher prices than in Europe sometimes. For example I asked for a taxi transfer from the hotel and they said 75usd same on booking.com 25-50usd depend on the day of booking, but for example with private driver or with uber would cost you 10-25usd. So paying real Sheraton price for the service we got is not in balance. Food and bever selection looked good at the first 2 days but after I had to realize there is no change in it at all and every day 90% is the same and missing always something and almost no fish, sea food o the menu during 9days.

Great time with the family.

Pros: I had an outstanding stay at Sheraton Soma Bay this October. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team went above and beyond when I requested an early check-in, making the whole process effortless and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, the beach is stunning, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the level of care and hospitality — it made my stay memorable. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Family vacation in Soma Bay

Pros: Good staff, very warm hearted and like to help. Ms. Rawan and the other lady (sorry I don't know her name) at check-in gave me good suggestions and help. All-inclusive package is good, easier for everyone on daily dining.

Cons: Several places are having reconstruction, noise in daytime.
