Overall, a very relaxing and regenerative experience.

Pros: Everything and everyone is calm and easygoing. Salma from guest relations is especially courteous and helpful, as is the entire staff.

Cons: I extended my stay by three additional nights, which speaks for itself.

Great, would definitely recommend!

Pros: Very friendly staff, good food and nice facilities. Beautiful gardens and great location at the beach. The Christmas celebration was very nice, they really made an effort.

Cons: The recommended upgrade would be to make the pool at the water slides heated. My children won't go off the slides, because they feel the water is to cold (in december. There is one big heated pool.).

Amazing experience at Sentido Caribbean World Soma Bay!

Pros: The staff were exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help, creating a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The beach is beautiful — wide, sandy, and perfect for swimming or relaxing. The hotel grounds are large, green, and very well looked after, making the whole resort feel lively and enjoyable. The food was tasty and varied, with plenty of fresh options every day. Overall, a wonderful place to unwind. I would gladly return!

Pros: We had an amazing experiences with Sentido Caribbean hotel. The staff is amazing, friendly and take great care about the guests and facilities. The whole hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned daily. The garden is one of the most beautiful and maintained hotel gardens out there, feels like an oasis. The beach is perfect, with soft sand and crystal clear water. There are a several restaurants in the hotel with plenty of food choices in several restaurants, even for picky eaters. To summarize, if you want a place where you feel warm and welcome and you want a real relaxing vacation, with zero worries on your mind, this hotel is for you.
