Pros: We truly had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our experience very much. Our booking was through Booking.com. Special thanks to Christine from Guest Relations and Bishoy from the Front Office team they were absolutely amazing, very friendly, and professional. The waiters in all the restaurants were extremely polite and professional. We will definitely come back again.

Pros: The Water, The Invites to Olivo and Fayrooz, specially Fayroz's LambChops, Mr. Khaled made the check in and check out as smooth as possible which made the hotel feel like home, and the most heartwarming was the smile on each staff members faces...it was very welcoming

Cons: authenticity of food, specially italian food, could've been much better.

Pros: Our stay at Jaz Soma Bay was perfect. It’s the best place to stay in Egypt. The food was fabulous, the staff were fantastic, and the facilities were excellent and very well maintained. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent butler and service, with a lovely beach.

Pros: Big thanks to our butler Khaled for helping our family! He switched us to a room right by the kids’ pool, which made looking after the kids super easy. When we arrived, we missed afternoon tea but it wasn’t dinner time yet—he even had snacks delivered to our room. So thoughtful! The beach is small but very clean, and the Wi-Fi was the best we had in Egypt, covering the whole hotel with no problem streaming videos. We’re a family of four, and they also added an extra bed with comfy bedding. Only stayed one night, but we loved it—highly recommend!

Cons: The room’s soundproofing isn’t very good. Our neighbors checked in around 11 PM, and there’s a door between our rooms. Their kids opened our door in the middle of the night while we were asleep, which woke us up. At first, I thought they were making noise right outside our door, but it turned out it was just in their own room. The soundproofing is a little poor.

Pros: Excellent stay at Jaz Soma Bay as always. We truly love this hotel and always enjoy coming back. The staff are outstanding — always friendly, helpful, and doing their best to make guests comfortable at all times. The food quality is excellent with great variety and taste. The animation team is also very good and adds a lot of fun to the stay. Special thanks to Mr. Khaled from Guest Relations and to all the hotel staff for their great effort and professionalism. I always highly recommend this hotel.
