The quality of the facilities and oustanding catering

Pros: This was our second visit to The Cascades. We cannot stress enough the quality of the facilities, the outstanding catering and the super friendly staff. Thanks a lot for welcoming us the way you did and we hope to come back next year. If I may make a suggestion for dinner at the terrace of the restaurant : since we are non smokers can you please organise a non smoking area at the terrace in order to be able to dine outside without having to inhale the smoke of others guests? Many thanks !

A great stay for Golf lovers and SPA goers, highly recommended

Pros: Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner is very good with a very wide choice of plates and flavors. SPA is one of the best i visited, friendly staff, very helpful.

Cons: Lighting in the bedrooms needs to be stronger (mainly inside the room main entrance hallway), same for lights in the hotel corridors and alleys (very dim), air conditioner is very noisy even on low speed

Pros: We booked for three nights at half board, ( breakfast & dinner ). The food was good, taste is ok but we could had better taste and more varity.

Cons: You need to go to the beach by the hotel bus.

Very nice vacation

Pros: Everything is perfect , very nice deluxe room , beach is amazing , nice pool , staff are kind, shaded parking, breakfast and dinner were so delicious

Cons: Unfortunately, i did the Friday prayer at the hotel , the place of the prayer was totally improper, and does align with the hotel standard they have to respect such thing , i know its an hotel not a mosque but they have to have a proper clean place for Friday prayer
