Pros: The staff, the beauty of the location & the sea, the hygiene, the food etc. Starting from Ahmed who welcomed us & everyone at the hotel hosting us! It was a lovely stay thank you

I enjoyed my stay very much! From staff to facilities everything was impeccable

Cons: The all inclusive included meals and drinks and ice-cream outside meal time but would be great if a few more snack/food options were available outside of meal times especially when visiting with children

Cons: For me was a bit too big alone with two kids, we prefer more contained spaces, but larger groups it’s ideal

A memorable family vacation

Pros: The property is immaculate and the staff world class. The service and exceptional demeanour of the staff cannot go without mention. Ibrahim - housekeeping, Gamal, Yousif, Basam and manager Ibraham from Maya deserve heartfelt praise and a special Thank You. The culinary delights in each restaurant were prepared to perfection and the variety allowed for a long stay without becoming bored. The resort may be a distance from central hurghada but it is a haven in itself.

Great hotel with great staff!

Pros: Every staff member is extremely helpfull and friendly. The resort’s location is a bit isolated, but for people who are looking for relaxing and loading up their batteries, just perfect! It is a beautiful resort, very well maintained and very clean. Also perfect for wheelchair patients! Also have to mention that breakfast has a choice that we have never seen before and the 5 restaurants serve really good food. For us this kind of hotel is where we are looking for and makes you certainly want to return to in the future.

A home away from home!
