Pros: Absolutely exceeded my expectations everything was much better that on a pictures however the biggest jewel of this hotel is most definitely the people who make things work. All members of staff was so extra friendly and kind and polite and professional I need to name Mohamed from the reception who went above and beyond to make our stay special I will be forever grateful 🙏

Amazing stay in Safaga

Pros: Excellent facilities and great staff. We were placed in one of the newly renovated rooms which absolutely stunning. Ahmed and Mohammed (Momo) offered us amazing service but overall resort employees are very friendly and helpful. There resort offers a wide variety of food options and alcoholic beverages as part of their all inclusive package.

Cons: Having to pay for WiFi for use in room and around property. Free wifi is only available in lobby and restaurant but the signal is not great so you’re forced to get a wifi package. Another downside is the hot water availability in the room. The water in the shower doesn’t get hot to my preferred temperature

Pros: Nice and clean hotel, the staff is very friendly, food was good, rooms are modern and clean

Cons: The beer was undrinkable, more coffee machines at breakfast would be nice, more fruit at breakfast, the spa was disappointing, watch your wallet DURING the massage!!

It's definitely worth the stay

Pros: The hotel exceeded my expectations. It's truly beachfront - you can use the hotel bar from the beach chairs. It's spacious and comfortable. There's more than one restaurant and bar options with service available throughout the day. There's a good variety of food, and it's very well prepared. The hotel gym is well-equipped. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a balcony, minibar, and tea and coffee making facilities, which was great! One of the best things was the Quiet Zone - there's a reserved space on the beach and a second pool with a quiet area, away from the music and entertainment service of the hotel. The staff are helpful, especially Mohammed at reception.

Cons: The mattress in the room where I stayed was already a bit worn and old. The hotel doesn't offer Wi-Fi - you have to pay to access the internet.

Pros: From the start of our trip until the end, the hotel staff were fantastic. Our cleaner was always attentive and polite, and the restaurant staff were mindful and quick to clear the tables. A special acknowledgment goes to Mohammed at reception – he was truly a star, extremely service-minded, and made our stay so much more comfortable. Overall, we’re very pleased with the hotel, the staff, and our holiday in Egypt with them.
