A truly 10/10 Hotel!

Pros: Everything was absolutely wonderful! Special thanks to Mr. Wael from the Laguna Club Lounge as well as, Mr. Hagag, Mr. Mina, Mr. Fattah and the rest of the team which unfortunately, I do not remember the names, all was wonderful. A special thanks and mention to the kids club, Ms. Salma, Ms. Mariam, Ms. Marina, and Ms. Taysser, the kids club was unforgettable for my grand-daughter. We would like to thank Ms. Hoda Ramadan and Ms. Rasha Ibrahim from the spa massage team. Another mention, we would like to thank Jimmy from the room cleaning! I would like to also mention and thank the reception who had a very professional attitude. Last but not least, I would like to thank the beach and pool staff for the service, which was very good. We look forwards to being back very soon!

Pros: Very nice experience staying in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is exceptional - very nice buffet variety for the dinner with daily specials, and deserts and pastry are amazing. Overall atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, the hotel area is very well maintained.

Cons: Drinks are not included for the dinner - I could understand excluding alcohol from the half-board option, but charging additionally for water and soft-drinks is strange. Prices for wine are very high for the offered quality (and beer is not much better). Kids entertainment options were minimal, some activities for kids up to 6-7, but nothing for older kids. Unrelated to the hotel, but beware of the 'glass bottom boat trip' activity sold at the beach - after a while the boat brings you back to the reef spot which can be accessed a bit of walking/swimming nearby.

Pros: This was our second visit and unsurprisingly it's just as good as the first time. One has to commend the teams behind keeping this place running at such a high calibre. Beautiful location, delicious food, clean and well equipped rooms. All-round 10/10!!

Over all it was nice

Pros: Quite, relaxing, Quality of neighbors , Perfect staff in all places, clean pools, nice river

Cons: I think it’s better to offer all inclusive options, my room was sea-view but view is not clear it’s far away, also when sitting in balcony can’t see because it’s high walls, so its better to add higher chairs in balcony.
