Was really lovey and beautiful resort

Pros: Everything is was lovely staff was friendly especially at reception and at the dining hall the lady making the tasty pastries and the staff knew exactly that we don’t drink alcohol so we needed our paper cups for our drinks

Cons: The bar should separate alcohol to your normal soft drinks

Very good for a family holiday in the sun.

Pros: We were put in the new rooms by the waterpark, the kids loved it there. Food was good and lots of choice. Generally lots to do, we scuba dived with their team which was a nice dive. We also went to Luxor for two days and used this hotel as a base.

Cons: It was generally very good.

Pros: Special thanks to Miss Rewan and Mr. Domadios at the reception. They were professional, supportive, and very helpful, making check-in smooth and effortless. Extending our stay was even easier, with everything ready for us instantly. Their excellent service truly made our stay exceptional, and we will definitely come back again.

Cons: They didn't have many tissues plus the TV didn't work well and there were no shampoo and shower gel

Super friendly staff

Pros: Very friendly staff, special thanks to Rewan the receptionist who made sure we were happy and comfortable. Entertaining animation team. Great food variety. Very hospitable staff and helpful, everyone in the resort was keen to make our stay exceptional.

Pros: Hotel is still better and better..we are repeaters...reception is sooo helpfull especially mr.eslam fares was soo great when we came in midle of the night with 2 small kids...

Cons: Animation program was great with lot of activities but speaches of animation boss were horrible...he used strange wirds like miau miau ..horor lough..it was sooo anoying..every day the same strange speachees..this made our stay in pool so disturbed...

Good family getaway

Pros: Great for kids. Buffet food was really good. Pools were brilliant. Kids entertainment was good. Just enough to keep all the family engaged for 4 nights. Biggest bonus, NOONE ASKS FOR TIPS !!!

Cons: The rooms were not cleaned everyday, and were very slow. They have only 1 beer included in inclusive. Gym has many broken weights, machines etc. Little bit dangerous to use. Taxi costs are expensive.
