Lovely and safe location

Pros: The staff, the breakfast, the golf cars that you can request to and from the room, the hospitality, the environment and El Gouna. Lovely lovely place!

Cons: The food at the restaurant in the evening wasn’t great. Better options in the El Gouna area.

Great family vacation even with kid (2 years old) and best and most friendly staff ever!

Pros: Employees were awesome! Especially Ismail from the Pool-Area always brought our 2-years-old daughter flowers and was so charming! We would always come back! Also housekeeping was super nice and great and the reception did everything to feel comfortable! Even brought pampers and hibiscus flowers so that we didnt have to go out. Very kids friendly too!

Pros: We had the best stay at The Chedi. Our first time in El Gouna and it was the most perfect and peaceful vacation which exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and were always so accommodating with the most immaculate service. A special thank you to Nancy, Malak, Milanya, Ahmed Mahmood, Islam, Ibrahim and Chef Mahmood (just to name a few!) who made our stay so special. We already can’t wait to be back again, The Rashid Family
