Pros: Location was excellent for us. Easy walk to good standard restaurants and shops.

Cons: From our viewpoint the beds were too hard but we did speak with the lady by the front desk and she did inform us that if you advise them they can switch mattresses. We will know for next time so give them the benefit of the doubt on this occasion. Advise anyone who finds same issue, notify them straight away and see if issue gets resolved.

Pros: We got upgraded to a lovely room with a large balcony overlooking the boat harbour. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. We opted for the breakfast and dinner package, which was more than enough. The food was diverse and beautifully presented. Alcohol was reasonably priced. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
