Pros: Hospitality was excellent , kneen to know your inquires and fulfil it immefiately

Cons: Before the timing of dinner to reach 10 they were starting to clean the place and frame us to eat in certain tables though their main scope to fulfil our confortable in addition id so not to be so clear to us and their hurrying up to pick the food bwfore timing and making us that should finish quickly though there was still hour left

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and easy access around El Gouna. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere of the resort is very relaxing, and overall it was a pleasant and smooth experience.

Pros: I loved the comfy beds and the gardens and the views and location

Cons: My room was quite far from the piazza and reception and restaurants and the food at restaurant could be better especially the desserts at dinner. And more signage is needed to avoid confusion as all buildings in each cluster looks same and i keep getting confused as to where my room was due to lack of signage.

Cons: One point I am not agree with: the tea and coffee shouldn't be extra charge at the dinner.

Pros: Staff, food and rooms were all very nice! Everybody was helpful. Buffet was very good.

Pros: The landscape was very tastefully designed and the cleanliness of the public spaces as well as the room was excellent. The 2 pool areas had enough sunbeds and parasols for everyone to choose from and a bar that was available from the water as well as from land. I appreciated that there were a lot of free daily activitities to choose from in the pool area. The variety of activities should offer a fun activity for any taste. For me the water polo was good fun. The main restaurant had a large buffet with good food that offered some variation every day. Staying at this resort for 1 week was an overall pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would gladly go there again.

Cons: The water flow in the shower was weak. The music was too loud around the main pool area, but at the outer pool area there was no music so you could always go there if you wanted a more quit setting. The stay was a bit pricey.

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere!

Pros: Beachfront, nice and spacious room with big bathroom, nice veranda. Great and friendly staff! Very beautiful garden!

Cons: Spa access for sauna and steam bath was not included, which was quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel. And it was like 20-30 euro per person. Of course massages and extras to be charged, but sauna should be included in the stay in my opinion.
