Gorgeous oasis

Pros: We had the sea front room 2225. Gorgeous view over the red sea. Clean spacious room. Staff very respectful and friendly. Good breakfast variety. Gardens were gorgeous.

Cons: The crows at breakfast were a bit of nuisance but not hotel staff's fault. Power loss on one morning for couple of hours.

Pros: The hotel is in great location as its own beautiful beach ,the staff are so nice the hotel well managed and the gardens are gorgeous .The food wasnt great but all in all great hotel cant wait to go back

Pros: Lovely stay overall. The reception staff were incredibly generous and helpful, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, which made the stay even better. Would happily return.

Pros: Central Hurghada but so quiet and peaceful. The staff were so so nice especially Rozan at reception. Lovely person. Good beach and food was really good. A lot of effort has been made in recent times.

Cons: Allowed smoking in the bar….not needed as there was so many areas outside to smoke. This need to be stopped

A brilliant holiday in a perfect location - would go again and highly recommend

Pros: Everything about this resort was perfect with the slight exception on one thing, the food! The room - we were ground floor on the beach - was perfect, clean and large with the perfect view. The location of the resort and the facilities were excellent and easily accessible to trips, shopping and the airport. The staff couldn’t do enough for you from checking in to saying goodbye on the day we left. There were two a’l carte restaurants, the Italian was good but the Asian, by the pool, was excellent, you can eat at each one once during your stay on all inclusive. The all inclusive cocktails are local but ideal for the sun, sea and sand!

Cons: Unfortunately the food was barely warm and never hot. There was plenty of it although a little samey but you couldn’t complain about the amount of desserts or fruit. For breakfast you could have a fresh omelette, ideal and lunch could be taken at the snack bar which was usually burger and chips or pizza which was again freshly cooked.The evening meal was not brilliant. That said, there was always something to eat, you wouldn’t go hungry at all.

Nice central location with beautiful inner garden. Good value for money.

Pros: This nice hotel has many plusses, but unfortunately a few points to improve. Among the nice things; you are in the busy centre, walking distance from moskee and marina. In the hotel you don’t notice the noise. The garden is beautiful, the personnel is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is extensive, the dinner buffet for me was much better than expected after reading bad comments (pasta sauce cooked fresh, grill with daily specialty, pizza baker) and thecrew arranged what you ask them. Spacious rooms and good beds. On the beach you can choose between the busy animated one or the more remote chill ones at the sides with good snorkelling opportunities. I love the way they keep the hotel cat friendly! Fun attraction. As a summary, a makeover would help, but you get a lot of value for the limited amount of money. Thanks crew and esp. the friendly evening couple at the reception.

Cons: I spent 5 nights here, at arrival they pushed me for an upgrade (instead of bungalow) to the buildings near the beach. My mind was set on the bungalows, but seaview is not bad, so accepted. The bathrooms are for me not up to standard; in b oth rooms i had mould, bad finishing (cement and silicone in big amount) and not super cleaned. The wellness is a private organisation, who pushed to sell something double price as the hammam’s closeby. The fitness room is not so inviting and hidden in the wellness. As a summary, a makeover would help, but you get a lot of value for the limited amount of money.

Heisam the best reception manager, Abullah, Saïd of personnel amazing! The seaview rooms - stunning!

Pros: Heisam, the reception manager, amazing good man! He helped me out with a lot of things. also to provide me a good room because i became a regular Saïd, Abdullah, personally for me the best bartenders. Some places are maybe a bit out of date but the rooms are getting refurbished, and the personnel is giving it their absolute best.
