Good offer of activities and nice staff, a bit simple and oldish rooms, too expensive for what it offers

Pros: Great atmosphere and location, access to restaurants and activities, nice staff, beach restaurant and view fantastic. Fantastic sand lagune, very nice sunsets. Great breakfast and choice of food.

Cons: Simple rooms, animation mostly in German, water is quite cold on the hotel beach but in the sea further is ok (December). Food of the buffet was not so impressive.

Great hotel with lovely beach

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here; everything from the room, to the food to the beach and facilities was great. The staff were all very nice, and Gerges and Sandy on reception were particularly helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Basic clean hotel - by the sea.

Pros: The room size, comfort, and the view were not that bad either. The hotel is basic and straight to the point - exactly what you need in Gouna. The staff were friendly, and check-in/out was easy. Also hotel is close to downtown Gouna.

Cons: The location was very far from Abu Tig Marina, Fanadir Bay Marina, and all other Gouna activities (the old side of Gouna). The hotel is too basic compared to the price paid, but this is probably because it was high season (NYE).

Great option in El Gouna

Pros: Everything was excellent. Food, staff, facilities all decent.

Cons: Slightly dated and beds very firm.

A nice hotel for those who enjoy quietly hanging out on the beach and doing kite surfing.

Pros: The food was really good when I compared it to the other all-inclusive hotels I'd been. Our room was spacious and clean, and it was very quiet. We want to give special thanks to Romario at the reception - he was really helpful through our check-in and check-out processes.

Cons: There are too many staff members walking around the beach trying to sell tours, massages, or photo shoots.

Beautiful hotel and nice food

Pros: The quieter pool was absolutely gorgeous, and is a great space if you want a more relaxed time with less noise. The lunch and evening food was delicious with lots of options - we only tried the main restaurant. The reception and pool staff were very warm and welcoming. Great location if you need to be in El Gouna - we were staying for 1 night between a live aboard and flying home, with early arrival and late departure, and the staff were very accommodating.

Cons: The room was nice but we had requested a double room and were given twin beds which was a shame - however it was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. The staff in the main restaurant would always speak in German first which we don’t speak, and didn’t seem as friendly/warm as other staff.

Pros: I would like to thank first Mr. Romany the GM and Mr. Mossad for their caring and helpful attitude to make us enjoy our stay . All was great the beach , pool , food , drinks ,rooms ,cleaning everything great and also animation team is very active . All the staff are helpful and smily faces We will repeat this stay next time

Smooth lovely stay with excellent food.

Pros: Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The food quality and variety was excellent, The staff were very professional and welcoming throughout all the stay. The bellman Omar was extremely nice and polite The receptionists Blanche and Romany were really nice and made sure everything was okay. All the chefs and waiters at the restaurant were polite, welcoming ,smiling and well focused. Definitely will visit this hotel again.

Cons: Nothing, Maybe the rooms are a bit old but it was clean and spacious.

Pros: The hotel is true 4*, clean and one of the few one, built on the sea.
