Cook’s Club El Gouna (Adults Only)

Really enjoyed our stay and would return :)

Pros: Room was super clean, wifi and amenities were great and most of the hotel staff were very friendly - especially Youstine and Hesham. Loved the restaurant, pool and small artificial beach and also good activity options such as yoga and an evening bbq with bellydancing and other performances. El Gouna is very touristy but has access to historical day trips to Cairo and Luxor. You can also order tuk-tuks from the hotel to a nearby beach with a fantastic restaurant - The Smokery Beach. The hotel app is very helpful for navigating your stay and making requests, nice feature.

Cons: Only feedback is please find a safer place to keep luggage after checkout such as a locked cupboard for peace of mind.

Pros: Amazing place, staff were great and I got an unbelievable deal on it. I only stayed one night as i was travelling through but I'll definitely be back.

Relaxation was very much needed and relaxation was what I got!

Great place to stay, amazing pool, lovely friendly staff and lots of activities to do.

Pros: The location was perfect for exploring el gouna and right by downtown with lots of cafes, restaurants, shops. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices and delicious freshly made bread. The themed evenings were really fun and had delicious food. All the staff at CC make it a very special place to stay, everyone has time to help and chat to you. Special thanks to Ali, Abdullah on reception and Amr, Nour, Bassem Samir for always being around to help. And to Hosney for encouraging everyone to play the daily games and take us on interesting trips and tours.

Cons: The first room I was in was lagoon view near the bar so it was too noisy for me but I was offered a quiet room on the other side that was perfect. So if you prefer a quieter spot just request that when you book.

Incredible place, incredible staff 100% recommend

Pros: The atmosphere of the property was absolutely brilliant. The layout is great. The pool was very easy no stress no hassle it was very clean and never struggled to get a sun lounger. The beach is small but practical again didn’t struggle to get a Sunlounger. The bar is just great Peter and George exceptional in the evenings looking after them my guests. Ali was an incredible concierge. I will 100% be back without a shadowed doubt and I’ve booked again already.

Cons: No, there is nothing that I didn’t enjoy or like this will become my favourite property in El Gouna very quickly

Beautiful location, excellent facilities, great staff

Pros: Rooms very comfortable, very clean, great location, excellent services (spa, dive shop), fantastic breakfast buffet

Cons: Food could be improved a little bit. Breakfast buffet was fantastic but other items we ordered à la carte could have been better.

Pros: Everything! The place is wonderful - beautiful rooms, lovely staff, AMAZING breakfast, lush pool area, lots of extra activities including great yoga every morning.

Cons: Same as most other resorts in El Gouna, it has no direct sea access

Very welcoming boutique hotel in a lovely spot.

Pros: Food was very good, staff very friendly and helpful. Very cosy feel. Handy to be so close to the El Gouna downtown.

Cons: key issue is need for boat to get to the beach.
