Wonderful hotel, there is plenty to do for everyone

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. There is plenty to do for everyone, with many swimming pools, a beautiful beach, and a lovely park that is perfect for a relaxing walk. We really enjoyed playing on the par 3 golf course, which was free and great fun. In the evenings, it was nice to stroll around and visit the shops, and the entertainment was enjoyable and well organized. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Cons: The only downside was that each room was limited to just two devices on the WiFi at the same time, which felt quite restrictive. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Pros: The overall experience was good. The service we received was very good, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The snacks during the day were good and convenient. The hotel facilities were well maintained and the atmosphere was pleasant. The Asian restaurant at the hotel was excellent. Although it is not part of the all inclusive package and hotel guests receive a 25% discount, the quality of the food, the service, and the overall experience were outstanding. The price quality ratio was fair and definitely worth it.

Cons: The overall food quality of the all inclusive offering ranged from medium to below average. The main restaurant in particular did not meet expectations in terms of quality and variety, and I would recommend avoiding it. The drinks included in the all inclusive package were acceptable but limited in quality. If you want alcoholic drinks, it is best to stick with beer. For better quality alcohol and cocktails, you need to pay extra, which is noticeably better but should ideally be improved within the all inclusive offering.

Pros: The food was ok, but plentiful and a wide variety. The pools were nice, but the staff was awesome.

Cons: There could be a regularly scheduled airport shuttle, although in the end they got me a taxi for free.

Was great and would definitely recommend to go here.

Pros: Very spacious, luxurious and facilities were perfect. Staff were able to accommodate for all our requests. Breakfast lunch and dinner was provided even early and late in different areas of the hotel. Highly recommend to go here.
