Professional Team and Genuine Human Warmth

Pros: We travelled as a family of two and left with genuinely warm, human impressions. The management team reacts quickly and professionally — special thanks to General Manager Mandy Merks for her attention to detail and respectful attitude. The Gourmet Restaurant manager is a true professional with genuinely kind eyes and a warm, human presence. The entire Gourmet team works with great tact and natural respect towards guests. Thank you to the team for the professionalism, humanity, and sincere attitude that stays in memory even after the trip.

Cons: Some beach loungers show minor internal wear in the head-rest mechanism, although they remain fully functional and comfortable.

Pros: Hotel staff were amazing. Food was outstanding. Loved spending Christmas week here.

Cons: Just two negatives for us in this lovely hotel: If you wanted a sun bed in a sunny spot, you had to go down early to claim one. Spa sales staff were very very pushy. Treatments were expensive.

A wonderful relaxing 1 week stay.

Pros: Excellent location. Staff extremely accommodating. Fantastic buffet for breakfast and dinner with superb variety of freshly cooked foods. Fantastic barbecue lunch at connected sister hotel beach. Great daily hammock yoga practices.

The best hotel we stayed at in Egypt

Pros: This was an excellent hotel, the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Egypt. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful, without being overbearing. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere (being adults only) and the rooms were very comfortable. The food was of a high standard and always enjoyable, with a good choice and quality across the restaurants. The all-inclusive was good value for money. Overall a very well-run hotel that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Excellent.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a sunny and relaxing holiday.

Pros: We stayed at the hotel for one week. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and very attentive. The gourmet market and Alex restaurant were our favourite spots for food. My partner is gluten intolerant and the hotel went the extra mile to ensure there were gluten free options available.

Cons: Unfortunately, our swim-up suite was not facing the sun throughout the day. As a result, the water was very cold.
