Benashti Hurghada apartment

Great apartment, great value in a great area.

Pros: Great clean and modern apartment in a great location. Lots of nearby restaurants, bars, and market store. Good area for walking, you can easily walk to the fish market and beyond. Good wifi, great laundry machine and drying area. Good and friendly security at entry points to the apartment complex.

Cons: Can be slightly noisy but hurgada is noisy in general. Usually quiet after 11pm. Somewhat difficult to find the reception and there are multiple entrances, see photo for correct entrance.

Nice comfortable stay, very helpful hosts.

Pros: Unfortunately this property was not available when we arrived as the previous occupant had damaged it so Mina put us in a nearby apartment with a sea view. It was a nice apartment, Mina was apologetic about this and was sweet and bought done flowers for me. His Dad Milan let us into the apartment on arrival he was very nice and friendly and allowed us to still use the pool in the complex of this advertised appartment. Mina also was helpful in allowing us to extend our stay by 2 nights. I have added some pics of the apartment we stayed in, it was about a 10 minute walk to the original apartment complex. I was okay with the change, I think if I had come with the children I would have been disappointed as it’s better to be in a compound with children. But the sea view was really nice!

Cons: The wifi was sim wifi not routed which is what I needed for my work, so my work was made difficult. Also in the replacement appartment there was no oven which I had wanted as we wanted to be able to cook meals, particularly as it’s ramadan.

Pros: The apartment is very nice and offers enough space. The location is great, central and still quiet. Mina was always available and very helpful. It is very important to him that you feel comfortable.

Pros: Cute and very comfortable studio flat with nice balcony with comfy sitting area. The equipment is new and the apartment was given to me very clean. The compound have 3 swimming pool and security. The host is extremely kind and go above and beyond to ensure everything is ok

Amazing spacious studio with great host!

Pros: Very lovely modern, clean and spacious studio! 3 pools and beach around the corner. Great sweet balcony with a poolview! Location not far from center (Uber is very cheap). Mister Mina very friendly helpful guy, if any questions you can count on him. Great communicator. Thank you once again and inshallah Ill be back soon!

Pros: Quiet place and better than pictures. Also host(Mina)is incredible. He is so kind and very quick responding.

Pros: Lovely and clean apartment with everything you might need in the kitchen. The area of the apartment is also clean and safe and close the next public bus to Sheraton street. The owner Milan and a friend of him, Mina, who was also taking care of us, are very nice and helpful. Thanks for this great stay in your wonderful apartment.

Cons: This is not related to the compound or the owners. This is a general problem in Hurghada. The water from the taps is full of rust, so you must run the tap for a while before taking a shower or washing a dish until it clears. Also, it is not recommended to drink tap water. Also, this is not a negative point, but rather something to consider. The direct entrance to the building of the studio is not open right now because of renovations. So, reaching the studio can be a bit confusing at the beginning until you get used to the way.
