Nice resort and nice place

Pros: Location, buildings design, the sea, beautiful gardens

Cons: I liked overall everything, it was very noisy for works on an adjacent resort that is being built and if I knew I would have taken a room with pool view. Anyway the room was noisy but big and nice. The food was ok

Pros: The staff are incredibly friendly and professional—always polite, smiling, and ready to help with any request. The coral reef is absolutely stunning, the best I have ever seen. The dive center is very professional and welcoming, offering great value compared to other dive centers in the region They offer free Wi-Fi with a strong and fast signal available throughout the entire hotel, even at the beach

Cons: The food quality is excellent, although a bit more variety would make the experience even better The heated pool is enjoyable, but increasing the temperature slightly would improve the experience

Pros: The location on a stunning beach, amazing shared areas, beautiful gardens, very attentive staff that went above and beyond to make our stay special, from the director Nagar to the waiters and cleaners. The entertainment was also pleasant, with special mention to Emir from the international animation and Peppe from the Italian organisation. My family and I truly enjoyed the stay. Thank you

Cons: Rooms would need to be upgraded to the same standards as the common areas which is a work in progress. Food at the international restaurant also needs to be brought to at least the samel level as the Italian restaurant (which is accessible at a supplement). (The resort in fact is shared with Italian Veraclub) If you are traveling with elderly people, be aware there are stairs and some uphills and that the resort itself like a small village so there is a fair bit of walking involved.

Very nice coral reef, beautiful garden and great people

Pros: Very clean room, great coral reef, beautiful garden. And very good costumer service. Thank you all for your help! Great bar staff also, thank you guys for your smile! Same in the reception and the garden. I was feeling very welcome 🥰

Cons: The basic rooms are a bit loud, I recommend to pay a bit extra and take deluxe room (I got upgraded and it was much better!). The food could be better. There is a lot to choose from so nobody will be hungry, but could be more flavorful, use some good Egyptian spices 😉

A good all-inclusive with magnificent reef

Pros: I really the cleanlinest of te room, the beach and the house reef. The food was also diversified and interesting.

A magnificent place by the Red Sea.

Pros: There was an evident effort in the overall cleanliness of the structure. From room to restaurant, from pool to beach, from public places to gardens. Although the place is aged the investment in keeping it clean is impressive. The staff was extremely polite and friendly with a few outgoing staff that went the extra mile, especially with the kids. The extra facilities and activities offered were comprehensive. Camel sunset rides, spa, beauty salon, diving center, entertainment, sport areas and 2 playgrounds. Of course, the house reef is amazing and has great access from shore.

Cons: Some parts of the infrastructure need refurbishing. The style is great, but, for example in the toilets, though very clean, new gaskets should be placed. Some woodwork is eaten away by humidity and could use a replacement. The jetty has not been replaced for some time since it was demolished and it doesn't help with the overall look. Apart from this, it is a really great place. It's a shame they do not use the shisha lounge during the day, as it has great views.

Pros: It was out 3d stay in Utopia Beach club and we will be coming back. Everything was perfect, beautiful beach, nice people, great food… what else can one wish for right? ☺️

Pros: Staff: Very efficient, attentive, and kind. Reception staff were especially nice. Chefs: Teme and Mustafa were super nice and welcoming. Room: Spacious and clean. Towel animals were a lovely touch for the kids. Structure & Garden: Beautiful and well maintained. Gardeners do a great job. Entertainment: Pretty good overall. Kids Club: OK – Kaia and Lily were fun, but timings were inconsistent (10:15–11:45 instead of 10:00–12:00). Only indoors activities Dining: Al Amira Restaurant: Good quality, enjoyed the upgrade we received.
