Home away from home

Pros: Everything was amazing, as always. The location, the hotel facilities, the staff, the food, the entertainment team, the activities, the evening program, … loved every bit and I’ll definitely be back!

Cons: There’s nothing not to like.

Lovely Setting with Small Challenges

Pros: - Beautiful outdoor areas and well-kept gardens - Lovely beach - Extremely friendly and helpful staff - Very clean facilities - Good range of sports activities - Sauna access is included

Cons: - The internet connection can be unreliable at times, but if it doesn’t work in your room, the hotel provides a 4G device as an alternative. - The food is average; many dishes are heavily spiced or very creamy, and the vegetarian options are somewhat limited. - Most sunbeds are occupied (with towels) early in the morning, so you need to reserve one as well if you want a spot by the beach.

Great stay, great diving, a world-class kite spot (Lost Lagoon) just a few minutes away.

A great stay with great food beautiful landscapes and views

Pros: The hotel is amazing, most of the staff are great, the food is one of the best from an all inclusive, rooms are immaculate, grounds so well kept, so many activities, pools very nice, sunbeds comfortable

Cons: Waterpark pool bar staff and chef very miserable, drinks are not fantastic, entertainment in the evening is poor just dancing each night. WiFi is extremely poor

Nice stay but not worth the price

Pros: exceptional food for Egypt - but still everybody we met and ourselves were sick for several days so hygiene must be improved. great activities during the day with plenty of choices. Beautiful ccoral reef for snorkeling. beautiful gardens with exceptional work from the gardening team (a bit loud in the morning!) very clean in general

Cons: The shows were very poor (better to do less artistic and more participative as it is very repetitive). 4 Members of the waiters staff were often rude or never smiling (in lobby bar mainly). Swimming pool cleanliness (water left suspect traces on white Tshirts) a lot of flies this year around the pool and in dining areas. The shops are awful, dishonest prices that turns down any wish to shop.

Pros: they keep the same standard every time we come. the place is super money worth. everything is very good.. the beach , the pools , the animation team, the entertainment tools, the smily staff everywhere.. the place is really relaxing and entertaining

An activity for everyone

Pros: The reef for snorkeling and diving, the activities for the whole family, the food, the shows! Everything really. It is an active hotel with something for everyone and all ages. We loved the windsurf, waterpolo, aerobic classes, the gym is also great. And my daughter really liked the kids club. Everyone is nice in the hotel and they don’t push to sell you tours and activities.

Cons: There were too many cats… The room cards did not work well and we often had to go back to reception to code them again which means walking 1/2 a km in such big hotel

Despite the incident good

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent, especially since they’ve created a beautiful lagoon with ocean water, offering a private beach experience. Most of the staff were friendly (more on this later). The food was amazing, with no shortage of food, snacks, and drinks, thanks to the All-Inclusive formula. There was plenty of variety to choose from. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was fantastic. We also had a balcony, which was a nice touch. The entertainment was enjoyable, and we attended the Flashback Party, which featured a real DJ playing music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. There was also plenty of security around, which made us feel safe.

Cons: We had a negative experience that really affected our overall impression. While dining in the main restaurant (which had an outdoor seating area), one of the staff members approached my wife, in front of everyone entering the food area, and told her she should wear a t-shirt or something. We were shocked, as she was not wearing a bikini, but a proper top. We explained this, but the staff member didn’t seem to understand or did not want to understand. We fully respect the dress code, especially regarding swimwear in dining areas, but in this case, my wife was appropriately dressed. We were very upset and went straight to the reception to file a complaint. Someone from guest services, Sara, came to meet us. After listening to what had happened, she looked at my wife’s top and confirmed and I quote: “Actually, this is very much okay.” She apologized on behalf of the hotel and assured us that if there were any further issues, we should direct the staff to speak with her. However, the staff member who initially confronted my wife never apologized. This incident should not have happened and left us feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Another downside was the lack of electrical sockets in the room and the shower, which made charging devices and the use of hair straighteners inconvenient. Also, the Wi-Fi in the room never worked with the password provided. I called reception twice, and on the second call, they said they would notify IT, but we never heard back. In contrast, the public areas had open Wi-Fi (no password needed), and the connection there worked just fine. Honestly for the price we paid, we expected better service, clear communication, and more respect.
