Pros: We stayed Alaya the second time. It is the best place in Egypt, that we know. Perfect room, beautiful pool and beach settings. Food is excellent and the service always excellent. Ali Allam , speaking German well, is an excellent and extremely attentive and friendly reception employee providing the best service. We will come back!

Pros: I really liked the resort's structure, architecture, and facilities. Nice swimming pools, the diving centre is great. Most of the staff is friendly and responded as quickly as possible to my requests.

Cons: I had issues with the SPA service (I booked an appointment and when we arrived they said they didn't have space) and the food was below what I expected unfortunately. There is literally nothing outside the resort (but I knew that).

Pros: The hotel was very comfortable, clean and luxurious with every amenity imaginable. The staff were extremely friendly and kind.

Pros: Exceptional resort. All new, beautiful and perfectly maintained. Shared large private pools are warmed so you can enjoy all day long even if sun is not there. Food is very good and you have plenty of choice. Very nice staff overall even if you don't get the same relationship as in a boutique hotel. The service is perfectly managed with staff coming regularly to your location to ask if you would like something. Very appreciated in an all inclusive formula. Nice beach with a private pier for easy and nice snorkeling with lot to see.

Cons: While the whole resort is designed for a perfect, relaxing, luxurious experience, they make a lot of noise for one or two hours every day around the main pool at around 4 pm with loud live music. Resort animations at the main bar every evening also totally ruin the relaxed atmosphere. This is completely unnecessary and should be replaced.
