Apart from a few minor remarks, it was great

Pros: Great breakfast and dinner. I could find everything I wanted to eat. The food was varied and delicious. I really liked the restaurant itself, which has a lot of space and you don't have to look for a free table. If you want, you can eat inside, if you want - on the terrace with a great view of the sea. I liked how the hotel was designed, in the shape of the letter T, it's just convenient to walk everywhere without getting lost. I liked the easy modern style of the hotel. Great swimming in the sea, you can swim as far as you want from the shore, or swim from the bridge, if there is no big wind and waves. I didn't see any dugongs, but there were a lot of turtles, and they, not paying attention to the swimming tourists, eat grass for themselves.

Cons: There is little space on the beach, there are no free sunbeds under the umbrellas. The employee who works there tries very hard to accommodate everyone who wants to, but he has a hard time. It is clear that tourists are also not friendly, they put their things down, take up space and do not come back for hours. The sofas in my room were dirty, I asked to change them, which was done. The bathroom was missing hair conditioner.

Beautiful resort

Pros: Beautiful resort, super clean. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and so helpful. Great selection of food at the buffet. All other food in the Al Acart restaurants was excellent. The team at the dive center were so friendly and helpful.

Cons: We would like it if there were other options for wine included in the all inclusive such as Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand, Chile etc.). It would also be great if Jameson whiskey was included in the all inclusive. Also a recommendation for the entertainment at night time, it would be good if there was a prize to entice more people to take part in the games. Such as a free couples massage or spa treatment etc. we felt the prize of a bottle of Egyptian wine did not work as this was already included in the all inclusive basis. These are just small changes that would entice guests to return. Overall, it's a brilliant resort.

Pros: Beautiful design, lots of plants and natural materials. Good sustainability thinking.

Great family break at Jaz Elite Amara - we loved our stay! Excellent hotel and staff!

Pros: Fabulous hotel, recently built. We did enjoy our one-week holiday to the fullest. Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)

Cons: A small note for improvement: it would be nice to foresee some sunshades for the sunbeds closest to the swimming pools (the other sunbeds at the back are duly protected from the sun).

They could do better.

Pros: Nice pool bar and good drinks. And Tao-Tao restaurant is top, you should try it.

Cons: They have a really bad program at the evening. It was disaster. If you are planning to go here without children don’t go, or you will be bored to death. Also the sea view room is bullsh*t, save you money and book garden view instead or go for swim-up room.

Pros: The hotel has a very good atmosphere. The quality of accommodation, the choice of food, the behavior of the staff can withstand the strictest criteria. We will definitely return to this hotel. We would like to especially thank the restaurant manager Mohamed Saad for the relaxed atmosphere he created in the restaurant and the always smiling waiter Salah Mohamed. Pros: It was spacious, beautiful, very clean surrounded by manicured gardens on the most stunning beach …

Cons: Nothing ! A little bit more information on arrival about what the resort and its sister hotels have got to offer would be recommended …

Pros: Cleanliness Uncrowded Friendly staff (especially Mohammed at the reception bar and Ahmed at the pool bar) Massage was amazing

Cons: We think that there are way too many unnecessary options for the buffet, but there are no fresh pressed juices. It would be and add on. Maybe place an fresh orange juice maker machine at the buffet section. Otherwise everything is great.

Loved every minute of it!

Pros: Very good food. Personnel was friendly and welcoming. Service good. Clean. Well maintained property. Beautiful place. Lovely beach.

Cons: The activities did not always follow the scheduled and should be great if some of them could be hale in shade instead of full blown hot sun 😊
