Loved my stay

Pros: Short stay night before departing for a dive trip. At the Marina. Very large, comfortable suite with a lovely balcony over looking the tour and dive boats moored below. Property/rooms access through the market with lots of nice shops. No issues with noise at all. Wonderful people/vendors. Perhaps one of the best short/commuting stays I've had. Fantastic restaurant in the hotel.

Amazing stay, amazing reef.

Pros: Junior suite is a wonderful room. The resort is fantastic, food is delicious, huge, and varied, workers are incredibly polite and friendly. Every request was fulfilled. Beach is awesome and the reef is exactly there.

Pros: It is spacious and comfortable fill of many amenities.

Cons: The house keeping are too lazy to fulfill the resident request. I called the reception 4 times to send someone to tix the AC and the microwave was not working. But they came on the 4th time. And did not tix the AC not the microwave.

A memorable stay

Pros: The hotel is vast , the beach is one of the best snorkeling experiences. The aqua park and the animation team are super fun .The food is creative, diverse and delicious. The staff are really nice they decorated the room for our wedding anniversary and brought us a cake 🎂. They made our anniversary a memorable one . We really enjoyed the terrace singer ahmed nour, it was very memorable.

Cons: No hair conditioner , tooth paste, bath robes.

Affordable Paradise

Pros: Chef Ahmed is amazing, really is a fundamental part of the hotel experience. All staff is super friendly and great (some maybe a bit too friendly, but I get it, it is the culture) Food’s great, shops close by, the beach is literally right next door. Ash from the restaurant is also very respectful. Marcelo from the tours at the reception, amazing guy and the dive shop next to the hotel, wonderful dive center, it is indeed wonderful

Cons: Just a few people from the staff asking for facebook-instagram, not enjoyable being a women traveling alone but didn’t give much importance. Wifi is slow but it’s okay, holiday, disconnect

Great value for money. Older resort with very friendly staff. Great beach. Feels more like 4 star.

Pros: Excelent location. This resort has the best located beach in Port Ghalib. Straight from the beach you can go snorkelling, swimming etc. Beach is well protected from the strong winds. Food - really good in all aspects. It does not always look amazing but it is always fresh and very good tasting. For a canteen not bad at all. But dont expect expensive restaurant style. It's still an Egyptian style resort with a canteen for a lot of people. Staff - always nice and very friendly. We got nice room upgrade and early check in for no extra charge. They really work hard to make you feel like home and welcome. Almost nothing is a problem. Animations by the pool and beach with cheap dance music - annoying. But most people seem to like it.

Cons: Loud electronic dance music by the big pool. You cant really relax, read a book etc when the animations are happening. So you gotta plan properly if you wanna avoid these banging sessions. Same goes for the beach. Also what I dont like is that beach and pool bars close at 5PM. Usually they start running out of ice, drinks, ice-cream, food at around 4:30. The cocktails are a joke. Mojito is from mint sirup, no fresh herbs. Pinacolada is also from a sirup. They dont serve or sell any fresh juices. Its all sirup based, artificial and very sweet. However the food is usually nice with plenty of healthy choices. Dont expect plain burger and chips.
