wonderful stay - full of surprises

Pros: A wonderful stay - we recommend it!!! :) I visited the hotel with my daughter and my parents. The rooms were wonderful, the food was varied, the reef was wonderful, and the pools and slides were great for the kids. Hussam is irreplaceable. We'll be back!!! :)

The best Hotel in Marsa Alam region

Pros: Food was really tasty and the taste was really close to europe cuisine. The whole concept is really beautiful and well organized. Mr. Hamid front office employee was available for us 24/7 with really kind and proffesional approach. There was also Slovenian speaking Ms. Laura, she was amazing, helpful and available for us 24/7. I was In more than 100 hotels already and Casa Mare Resort is one of those hotels which I would definitely recommend.

Pros: I highly recommend this hotel. There are plenty of activities available both during the day and in the evening, so there’s always something to do. The staff is very helpful and friendly (especially Mohamed Salim ,mohamed salah , hamid, ahmed , in the reception), which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a great level of comfort. A big highlight is the pier with wonderfull reef, which offers stunning views and is perfect for relaxing or taking a walk. It’s a place where you can truly unwind and have a wonderful time.

Lovely sun sea and food in an amazing hotel with lovely staff

Pros: Ready friendly staff (Hamid 😀) Very easy to get to from airport. Food was excellent! Loved my room and view of sea and pool. Really enjoyed the whole experience and would come back again 😀

A place to come back

Pros: Everything is up to the standard of a 5 stars hotel. All the staff is very helpful and ready to give you a hand at any time (starting from the reception staff, restaurant and cleaning service) so you can relax and enjoy the hotel. An enormous buffet in every meal and a lot of service in place (scuba diving; kite surf school, and more)

Cons: About the staff and the hotel itself; there is nothing to say other than everything was perfect. We have some difficulties on the new year dinner party but nothing that can be pointed out
