Very good and relaxing vacation.

Pros: Clean, nice gardens, pool and beach. Very good facilities. Kind, friendly and helpful staff. The food was good. Never a queue at the buffet and no problem finding sun loungers. Great snorkeling and easy access to the sea.

Cons: Finding out the spa treatments cost less if you book them through ‘Mimo’, the great salesman who roams the pool and beach areas.

Pros: Fantastic staff (specific Moaman at reception and cleaning staff Abd el sadar, but everybody is so nice and friendly and patient with kids) Food, facilities, design, cleanliness

Pros: I had a short but exceptional stay with worldclass service, fantastic food, clean rooms, a great time at the beach in this all around very luxurious hotel. This is thanks to all the staff but especially thanks to the help of Mr. Ahmed Nasser who went above and beyond in assisting me personally and translating in a stressful situation with the tourism police (unrelated to my stay at JAZ) and is probably the most professional, friendly and attentive guest manager I have ever encountered. Will make sure to return again as soon I can and can highly recommend this Hotel.

Pros: We loved the hotel! Location was perfect on small bay with seacow and tartles, food was good and very modern. Rooms were quiet and clean, high quality. Service in all area very good and friendly, especially Moamen from front desk at reception.

Pros: It was an amazing journey. The position was just 10 min from the airport. The staff was really nice and the food too, we had many options for food and also restaurants a la carte. I would like to go back.
