Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park"

It was a nice stay 🙃

Pros: ● There was a wide variety of food, and it was mostly tasty. ● The guest relation Bianka was very helpful and kind. If you are reading this - Thank you very much! ● Everything, including the bathrooms, pools was clean. The garden was well maintained, and the room was well taken care of daily. ● We got a late check-out free of charge, which was greatly appreciated, especially since we were traveling with our two month old baby. Thank you Bianka once again!

Cons: ● The kids’ animation was not impressive compared to other hotels. We have experienced better, including at some other Pickalbatros resorts. ● More waiters would be useful in this hotel. Even though we did not visit during the high season, there could have been more staff to provide attentive service. Very randomly, someone would come to take drink orders, in other 4* and 5* hotels, this is standard, but here, as we observed, there simply weren’t enough staff. They were not ignoring guests or being lazy, they just had too much to do. ● Also, on one occasion, the waiters had a loud argument at the bar, which was completely unprofessional. ● The baby beds could use an upgrade, especially considering this is a 5* hotel.

Cons: nothing , my whole stay was amazing i have only one recommendation , please try to provide electrical small golf cars for moving from side to side of the resort

Great family holiday

Pros: Location, service, food, aquapark, room....just everything! Everybody is so kind, smily and helpful! We are definetelly coming back!

Pros: The resort is huge but offers everything you need for a great holiday. The landmark of our stay was the staff and their kindness, friendliness and care. They saved no effort to ensure that our stay was perfect. Cleanliness is exceptional. Excellent entertainment for the whole day and evening. Great variety of food. We also booked one excursion and it was one of the greatest experiences. We never felt chased or uncomfortable by those offering services and tours.

Cons: The resort needs to reconsider the cost of medical services because it is extraordinary.

Pros: Review for our stay from August 7 to August 20 in Marsa Alam From the very beginning, everything was simply perfect. There was nothing to complain about – tip-top! At the start we were even able to change our room without any issues and received an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Everything went smoothly and without complications. The entire staff was extremely friendly, very understanding and considerate. The resort itself is beautiful – wonderful pools, a stunning sea, and while snorkeling we were able to see countless colorful fish. The food was also delicious and varied. A special thanks goes to Marie, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. At the end she even arranged lunch packages for us and made sure that we were well looked after at the à la carte restaurant. Her support was truly outstanding – always there when needed, but never pushy. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday that left nothing to be desired. A full 5-star rating! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pros: A big thank you to all the staff for their hospitality, care, and attention to every detail to make our vacation a success. I would especially like to thank Ms. Islam at the reception, the housekeeping staff, the restaurants, and the aqua park. The food was varied and delicious, the water games were varied, and the rooms were new and clean. We settled in in record time, and an upgrade was made. I will advise my colleagues to spend their vacation in this wonderful place.
