Pros: The administrator and his employees were superb, always willing to help and treat us with kind and respect.

Cons: It is a bit far from Cairo if you go by car, but apart from that, we were delighted!

Comfortable and friendly

Pros: It was very pleasant , clean and comfortable. Facilities are great, especially for family. It feels secure.

Cons: Food was average, so this could be improved. Less but quality better. Also, the number of plastic cups used across the whole side is not very good at all - this needs looking into.

Good choice

Pros: Location and staff. And house reef when the weather is nice.

Cons: Too many kids. I remember when the hotel was “adults only” and it was more calm. Now it’s only one relax pool for so many adults. Also variety of meals was wider. But I will still come back.

Nice hotel with kind staff and good food

Pros: Not far from Marsa Alam international Airport. Like about 30 min by private transfer.

Cons: Side sea view from block 59 is really hard to have. You have the view to nice garden and pools but sea you don’t sea really if you are ground floor rooms.

Pros: War wirklich alles sehr gut. Super freundlich, sauber und gepflegt. Wenn das Essen mal nicht meinem Geschmack entsprach, war es kein Problem in der Küche nach etwas anderem zu fragen 👍

Cons: Für mich war die Matratze zu hart.

Sehr gelungenes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Eispeisen

Pros: Ausreichendes Frühstück mit frischen Omelette. Auch sehr schöne ägyptische Speisen. Viel frisches Obst. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Hat sofort abgedeckt oder war hilfsbereit zur Stelle.

Cons: Es war alles in ausreichender Auswahl und Menge vorhanden.

Für eine Tauchreise perfekt.

Pros: Extrem freundliches Personal! Wir sind bereits um 8 Uhr morgens im Hotel angekommen - um 9 Uhr (statt 14 Uhr) konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen. Bei der Abreise war 17 Uhr (statt 12 Uhr) möglich. Die Hotelanlage liegt langgezogen entlang diverser Pools und trotz der vielen Gäste war es erstaunlich ruhig. Wenn man will, kann man zwischen 5 - 24 Uhr durchgehend an den verschiedenen Restaurants und Bars essen und trinken. Als Taucher war es sehr praktisch, dass sich die Tauschschule direkt auf der Annage befindet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt!

Cons: Vorsicht beim Essen in den Spezialrestaurants (Durchfall), wobei es eine gute Hotelapotheke gibt, die rasch helfen konnte.
