Akassia Swiss Resort is a nice place

Pros: All staff members are very collaborative, supportive, and professional, which really adds to the positive experience. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped, and well maintained. The beach and swimming pools are clean and enjoyable. The aquapark is fun and well designed, although part of it was temporarily under maintenance during our stay. The food is of good quality and very satisfying. Overall, it’s a pleasant, joyful place that we truly enjoyed ☺️

Nice place for a good vacation

Pros: We have arrived very late , at 2 a.m., and the reseptionist was waiting us with a plate of food. Our room was with very good and comfortuble location. With two small kids to be near the restaurant and beach is very important. The personal was great! Mr. Hosni, reception manager was very helpfull and the boy who cleaned our room too. Every day we had a towel suprise :) We had presents for NY and the kids were happy. We had normal breakfast and lunch in restaurant near the beach, usually in other hotels have only fast food. NY Gala dinner was very beautiful and with a lot of diferent food. The beach is sandy and there were a place for swimming without corals and stones - perfect for kids! Once in a week they make a FlyBoard Show in the main swimming pool, was great show. The aquapark was also interesting.

Cons: The food was monotonous, except for New Year's Eve Gala dinner. No kids playground outside. Too far away from the airport.

Beautiful resort!

Pros: We spend a great few days at this resort. We had a family room which was large and comfy. Decent beds, good showers. The staff is very friendly. Lots of pools and slides for the kids to have fun in. Direct beach access. The house reef is beautiful for snorkeling, although the waves could be a bit rough sometimes. Huge choice for the buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Hosni (relations manager) is very friendly and attentive. The free late check out was much appreciated!

Cons: Only small things. The entertainment at New Year’s Eve was a little bit disappointing. You have to pay extra for fresh juice. Some of the activities are overpriced, like diving.

Quality seaside resort away from everything

Pros: Resort is new and well maintained. Everything works. Staff made sure our experience was pleasant. Big territory with own aqua park and olympic size pool. Possibility to walk into territories of adjacent resorts at both sides. Food is exceptional. We never heard any noise. Safety and security are top notch. Though resort was fully booked it did not feel crowded at all: anything we wanted was always available.

Cons: One small disappointment: gardeners cut trees way too much. Territory could have looked as a lush garden, but instead it looks more like a green desert with tree installations. I would have preferred a blooming garden to a tree cut into a shape of a tee pot. Airport nearby did not offer good connection flights, so we had take a 2h taxi from Hurghada. Booking.com made taxi extremely affordable

Pros: As I wrote, I was in your Hotel in 2013, then 2018 and now in 2025 and everything was Suprove and the quality of the Hotels just kept going up. I have been to several Hotels and I rate your Hotel as very High Quality in everything with a professional staff. If it wasn't like that, I wouldn't have chosen the Hotel for Christmas 😍🥰

Fantastic family snorkelling and water park holiday in a great location

Pros: Great snorkelling and we loved the house fringe reef.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: We have been here for the second time. Excellent cuisine, comfortable accommodation, great beach and this year great care from Mr. Wael Elsai and the other staff.

Cons: Unfortunately, there is smoking everywhere, this year a lot of Poles and Czechs.

Great food/reef/people in family-oriented resort

Pros: The reef in front of the resort was amazing. Room super comfortable, food really good and personnel always kind and willing to help.

Cons: The resort seems to be really family-focused, with the activities/entertainment being very present. If you are looking for a more quiet place, there might be other resorts that fit you better.

The animation team is absolutely fantastic — so much energy, fun, and talent! The night shows were incredible, full of excitement and great vibes. I truly enjoyed every moment here and can’t wait to come back ❤️

Pros: The overall experience was great and Mr. Wael has been really accommodating and helpful in making sure our stay met our expectations.
