Above expectations

Pros: Everything was perfect. It exceeded my expectations. Clean, friendly staff and beautiful beaches and views. The dinner buffet was amazing thanks to all the great chefs. Definitely coming again with my family

Pros: Reception staff are great, friendly, helpful, and special thanks to Ms. Hoda, animation team, everything was clean, every details have been considered, the beach was amazing, snorkelling and seeing wonderful views just a few meters from the beach, swimming pools were clean and spacious and covering all needs and places, Flamenco had given me the perfect vacation, The food was delicious and diverse.

Cons: Nothing, everything is perfect

Excellent value for money and location, would recommend

Pros: 1. Animation team (Hadeer, Tamara, Menna, Haidy) 2. Beach activities + sea life guards 3. Food 4. Pools 5. Scenery and gardens

Cons: 1. Limited selection of desserts 2. Unprofessional reception + restaurant staff 3. Bed mattresses and air conditioning could be better 4. Lots of flies on the property and inside the restaurant 5. Public bathroom hygiene and smell

The hotel is great value. It has a walkway out to the edge of the reef teeming with fish.

Pros: Breakfast was in a separate location from dinner. A very spacious very beautiful area. Coffee was good. The best aspect of this hotel which made us return to it rather than stay additional nights in another resort that cost twice as much was the long walkway board out to the edge of the reef. This meant we could immediately snorkel among a crazy amount of fish. We also did a glass bottom boat tour in Port Ghalib which was a big disappointment as much more marine life on our hotel reef.

Cons: Our air conditioning unit didnt work. There was a fault with the specific unit. They offered to move us to another room but we elected not to, so not really a complaint.

Lovely Hotel

Pros: Lovely hotel. Nice gardens and beach. We really loved the coral reef of the beach. The animation staff was good.

Surpassed our expectations

Pros: Food amazing, staff amazing, all clean and lovely and relaxing. Wasn’t expecting it to be so nice. Didn’t realise all inclusive was available though and I would recommend that. We literally seemed to be the only people in hotel who weren’t on all inclusive. Very chilled, lots going on if you wanted to join in. Dive centre brilliant, entertainment staff lovely. All good

Cons: All perfect except confusion over taxi ride to the airport and how it was paid which put a downer on the end of the holiday

Pros: The staff are very friendly and always provide assistance to us and they are smiling and they were always at our service so I give them my thanks especially to the esteemed Mr. Ali Mostafa as well as my special thanks to Mr. Harbi Mohamed the manager of the restaurant who does his best for the comfort of customers and for his extreme humility so whenever we enter the restaurant during meals we find it a flame of activity And follow-up to each customer until he comes out happy, in addition to the beautiful variety of types of food, which meets the desire of all nationalities of the existing customers, opening a special one for him.

Pros: Sehr willkommener upgrade, wunderschönes grosses Zimmer, super Aussicht, top Preis Leistung ! Das Riff vor dem Resort schön und einfacher Zugang. Essen mit frischen Produkten.

Cons: Cafe zum Frühstück ist nicht nach meinem Geschmack.

Pros: Tutto! Il cibo era particolarmente buono e il menù cambiava ogni sera. La barriera corallina accessibile dal pontile e la possibilità di noleggiare il necessario per lo snorkeling in loco. Per noi molto importate: l'animazione si svolgeva in una tenda lontana dall'edificio dell'hotel vero e proprio, quindi le stanze erano molto tranquille.
