Pros: Heated swimming pool. Good variety of food and drinks. Good white wine. Very friendly staff that are always happy to assist.

Cons: Bathroom quite dated, could do with modernisation. No iron in the room. Curtains were a bit dirty in the room.

Pros: Mohamed the security manager and his team were very helpful and supporting, also Mina the PR manager was very helpful and professional, the reception team (Mohamed Rady & Yassen) and the animation team were so welcoming and nice. special thanks to the Italian restaurant stuff especially Mohamed the manager and Eslam. Mohamed the bell man was very welcoming and helpful

Cons: The food and beverages need more variation and better quality except the Italian restaurant

Pros: I liked the room alot to me it was 10 out of 10 the view was great too , the food was very good and the employees were so friendly and helpful.

Cons: The location was like one long hour driving to Al gouna but Al hurghada was less than that.

Cost effective all inclusive resort with natural reef.

Pros: Snorkeling with Turtles straight from the beach. the mini disco. It is a all inclusive resort. the rooms where very nice and modern. Great slides and plenty of food options. Very quiet at night. water bottles available everywhere. Entertainment team is great.

Cons: Sometimes the music was a little to loud in the evening. Tea water is luke warm.

Amazing Choice

Pros: The whole staff were amazing but specially Mohamed Radi front office - Housekeeping , Billman , Animation & F&B team all of them was amazing and make us and our childs happy.

Worth it

Pros: Staff, Service, cleanliness, food, comfort... Everything went great. The animation team on the pool were super Zowy, Sohair, Joe. The front office mohamed radi, and the F&B mongy, khalid and islam. The food variety was very good, taste was very good but not excellent (main restaurant) but Italian, turkish and Asian restaurants were magnificant. The room was very clean, room service team were super, the housekeeping was very supportive. The kids area was awesome,

Cons: The night shows were nice but need more time to entertain people so i guess it needs to be extended
