Paradise by the Red Sea.

Pros: My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights leaving the kids at home with the grandparents. We came wanting to chill and do nothing and we pretty much got that. The hotel set up is amazing, you can have a drink while chilling in the pool and looking at the Red Sea. The cocktail options were amazing. I loved the lunch time restaurant next to the pool. Private beach and ocean were spotless and you could book tours and spa treatments while relaxing on a sunbed. There were always sunbeds available and the lifeguard would take peoples towels away if they left for more than an hour which is a great idea. The room was clean and comfortable. The Spa was well priced for a 5 star hotel and very good, all Thai ladies. The entertainment crew had high energy, always came to say hello and tried to include everyone in the hotel. I have so many staff to thank but can’t remember all the names.

Cons: The evening entertainment could be enhanced to reflect the clientele. More professional. The karaoke was not our vibe but the next night was amazing with the performances and singers but would be nice to see some consistency.

Pros: It was just what we needed after a hectic Nile cruise, this was truly relaxing. The staff were just so inviting and so so friendly. They always wanted to help. From the guys at the entrance gate, the awesome front desk managers, ALL the restaurant staff, ( mostly Mostafa, Mahmoud Ali & Mohammed) all the pool guys to the gentleman that cleaned our room and Mia the entertainer, who informed us on what the hotel has to offer, We could not fault them. After 7 blissful night in 5 star Class, we felt apart of the family.

Cons: Everything was amazing. my 1 little thing is there was no hair conditioner in the rooms. I brought my own thankfully.

Pros: Exceptional service, staff, food&drinks as well as facilities. Lovely beachfront, and a very relaxing stay. It was our second time here, and definitely not the last!

The best hotel at El Mamsha

Pros: The accommodation and food were excellent. The staff and management of the hotel deserve special praise. This is the best hotel we've stayed in recently

Pros: Everything was very good. The staff really kind and the food amazing. Thanks to Mr. Ahmed Youssef, Mr. Ibrahim the manager of food and beverage and to Mrs. Larisa for all the helping and for the nice way that they treat us. Will be back soon in this beautiful hotel.

A very pleasant stay in Hurghada.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The beach is sandy and amazing. The drinks are very tasty. The staff is always smiling. The rooms are very comfortable.

Cons: There were dead flowers on my breakfast table. Staff should pay attention to that. Also, the parties were a little bit calm to me. If you want parties for younger people, look for another hotel.

If I find myself in Hurghada again, will sure look this place up again.

Pros: Staff friendly, and food far better than previous stays at resorts close by.

Excellent hotel near the airport

Pros: Unfortunately, we stayed at this hotel by chance, for just one night. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly friendly. Dinner was also excellent. There was a buffet, with a great selection of dishes and perfect service. We stayed in a family room, it was very comfortable and spacious.
