Ok value for money

Pros: Staff is very friendly and willing to help, sea beautiful. Food selection very good, plenty of options to choose from. Fresh juices, fruits. Great location and overall ok facilities.

Cons: When we moved into the room, the amount of dust on the floor and even in the cabinets was insane. I asked it to be washed thoroughly and actually they did it, so grear and fast service from Swiss Inn. But in general when they clean the room every day - I am not sure they even wash the floor. My kids spilled a little of sprite and it was sticky in one place - it was still sticky the next 2 days hence nobody washed it. Best way to speak to reception - then things get sorted. Rooms are good but a little outdated. Family suite I loved but it takes me to my next point. Something important to note - all rooms on the 2nd line (including garden view and family suites) have a centralised AC. That means that during winter they switch it on to warm only. So if it gets hot (which it did for us in february) - you cant put AC on cool function. We had a family suite which i actually loved, but due to being too hot and essentially AC wasn't working on cold - the hotel offered to switch us to a room on the 1st line, which was not family suite, it was a royal suite - it was ok. Being that it is the most expensive room in Swiss Inn - I found it super outdated, especially the living room area, bedroom was actually good. And again, imagine staying at the most expensive room - you expect it to be cleaned thoroughly daily, but that was not the case and at some point I just didnt want to constantly ask for the same thing so let it go. Also another thing that they can improve - place normal tea spoons in the rooms, not plastic ones. They are super harmful in hot drinks, so I was shocked that they dont have any normal spoons in the rooms. Also in the suites - one would expect a descent coffee machine like nespresso, not nescafe. Also please place slippers and bathrobes, especially in suites,one should not have to ask for it, at this type of rooms it is expected. Another thing - kids playroom that is located near the restaurant on the beach.

Pros: We had a beautifull view on the sea, this place is realy something that i can recomend.

Super relaxing holiday with no stress every thing was great.

Pros: I think every thing was lovely....l liked breakfast and the range of food were amazing

Cons: The only thing thing for me that was nof good was the italian pizza.....lt was not cooked enough so very soggy.

Pros: One of the best hotels in Hurghada, pools and Aqua are great. The sea shore is sandy and the sea is quiet and good for swimming. The reception services are welcoming and generous. All the staff are helpful with friendly smile. Animation team, House keeping, room services, barmen, chiefs and guards are doing their best to make guests comfortable and happy.

Cons: Night shows are not as good as it used to be in Swiss Inn..

Great stay, great staff, great food

Pros: Great selection of food, free cocktails are good, especially in comparison to the other hotel, where I was staying..! But of course there is not much alcohol in the cocktails, so don’t expect great cocktails like in a bar somewhere in Europe. But they were decent, can’t complain. The staff was super nice 🤩 beach and facilities are awesome! If I would go to Hurghada again, I would definitely choose this hotel again. One day there was no meat or fish which seemed to be gluten free (I have an allergy), and they cooked gluten free fish for me separately in the kitchen, I am so grateful for that 🙏

Cons: I don’t know, I liked everything, my friends were happy with everything too.

Amazing experience

Pros: The reception team was very helpful and fast and they upgraded our room for free Everything was amazing, Food has good taste and a lot of varieties Fresh delicious juice on breakfast Big sandy beach Lovely marina and beach bars Good aquapark and a big swimming pools

Cons: hotel dose not provide free parking place if you want to park your car you must pay extra charges

A safe, relaxed, clean and supportive haven.

Pros: From the moment we walked in, until the second we left, every single member of staff was excellent. So pleased to help, be of service and often going the extra mile for our comfort or satisfaction. It is close to the airport, has a lovely beach and great open spaces to relax and enjoy the brilliant sunshine. Plenty of daytime activities although a little limited in the evening. We were all inclusive and the food options were plentiful if a bit similar for the most part. Some nice options in the evening with Waves BBQ and Lagoona fish being good. We also enjoyed a fabulous Hamman at The Health Club despite it being renovated at the time. There was a nice area to walk out into, with shops and restaurants but only small. The hotel taxi service was cheap, reliable, very attentive and informative.

Cons: Dietary considerations are tricky, as few gluten or dairy free varieties and not easy to identify ingredients. Some of the ‘hawkers’ were overbearing and too keen but most were respectful and not pushy. Some Uber drivers locally tried to pressure us, demand cash and refused transport.

Pros: Excellent location and facilities. Food is of very good quality and decent variety. Overall enjoyable stay.
