The D9 Luxury Suites - Hurghada

Pros: Everything is great except no one is there when we arrive at midnight. I try to contact them hours before I come and no one reply. When i call the telnumber，still no one answer. We had to wait at midnight until one young man awake. And when we leave around 11am. Still no one there…

Cons: administration and service of the hotel

Pros: These are new suites, with new facilities. Did not have a chance to enjoy the swimming pool but it seemed nice. Staff is very friendly, Josseff was very helpful and made our stay exceptionally comfortable, he was always ready to help with anything we need.

Cons: The rooms are not very soundproof, and we could hear a lot of noise. Also I would suggest to switch off the music at the certain hour outside so that the guests can rest since all can be heard in the room very well.

Wish to come back

Pros: We stayed in the two bedroom apartment, which was huge, so comfortable and everything was new. The bed was amazing! The swimming pool heated and very nice for a dip. The location is good, with supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. And the staff was very helpful and so attentive! You get groceries to make your own breakfast, that was a nice touch!

Pros: Amazing stay in D9 luxury suites ! We spent 12 days in Egypt so we could really compare the accommodations. We were mostly in small guest houses and this one was the best from all trip. First, almost new (2 months), very clean, all working perfectly (which for Egypt is not obvious). The bed was very comfortable! Nice and fresh bedsheets. The people are extremely helpful (special thanks to Yousef and Mahmoud) and super fast (additional towels or butter, all got in seconds after asking). There is a heated pool outside for a total of around 12 suites. The place is very close to the airport but you cannot hear the planes. It is 20 minutes from Hurghada downtown that you can reach by Uber for around 100EGP day and night. On top the breakfast was included. Honestly the price value for money from all accommodations we had in Egypt 🇪🇬

I realy highly recommend every one to visit Hughards city and to enjoy staying in D9 suite

Amazing experience

Pros: I had a great stay at this property, Youssef and Mahmoud were really great, the hospitality they showed was awesome and I would definitely be coming back

Pros: Very surprising exclusive resort with almost a perfect setting (just newly opened Dec 2025) - very nice room with high quality materials/furniture and very good setup in the room with kitchen and even washing machine. The small resort is very efficiently designed with a heated pool in the center and a small bar next to it. The easy walk to a public beach front ist actually just about 15-20min or 3-5min by car.

Cons: The room no5 is so new (dec 2025) - some things are still missing: shower curtain, the light above the fridge is flickering only - pls address the issue to be perfect

Pros: Everything was perfect and clean , nice hot pool in the winter . Great location, Definitely recommend
