Fun and fantastic.

Pros: Everything from the staff, beach and pool areas, to the fantastic animation team (Snoop Dog, Owivia, Omar and Julia). Was very disappointed when they left as the new team were no where near as energetic and friendly as they were). All round, a great hotel and good was fantastic.

Cons: I honestly can’t fault the hotel.

Amazing

Pros: The room view was amazing and direct to the sea, the food is good and thank you Mr. Ibrahim General Manager, he was so welcoming and he helped us with everything and we needed to extand one mora night, he gratefuly helped us, Also Mr. BADELhameed he is the Front office manager, he changed the room for us for a better view, also he gave us a hand with the check out❤️☑️ Thank you all the staff, room and Chinese food is amazing 🍲💗

Amazing hotel and exceptional manager

Pros: My parents had a perfect stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. A huge thank you especially to Hamid, the manager, who took care of all the transportation arrangements for my parents on arrival and departure. Thanks to him, they were able to enjoy their holidays in complete peace of mind. He was always available and spent time communicating with me to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent value. This was my second visit to this resort and I shall certainly go there again.

Pros: The food was excellent. Plentiful of a very good quality. The resort was well managed and there was always a friendly face to guide you if you have any question. Mr. Helal, the manager, was always around to answer any question. The animation was certainly energetic and pleasing to watch.

Cons: Good food, comfortable room and pools were excellent. There was also a beach which was well managed,

Pros: We moved here because first hotel was unacceptable. They were amazing and went above and beyond from start to finish. My husband had a stroke and their response was above and beyond. Staff constantly showed us care and compassion and extended our stay being as helpful as possible. The rooms are great, cleaned ro very high standard daily. Food was varied and service above and beyond. We were so well looked after and cared fi. Can't thank them enough. Made a very difficult time much easier. Checking we had eaten after hospital visits and constantly asking if anything we need. Even offered to visit my husband in hospital in their own time.
