Service That Goes Above and Beyond

Pros: I am a regular guest at Seagul, but this stay was truly exceptional. My mother had undergone a major surgery and needed a recovery break. It is enough to say that her stay at Seagull Hotel significantly lifted her spirits and noticeably accelerated her recovery. Special thanks go to Mr. Ashraf Ramadan, F&B Manager, for his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care in providing us with every possible comfort. I would also like to thank Mr. Sameh, Mr. Khaled Mohammad and Mr. Abdelrahman Mohamed at the Beach Restaurant for their hard work, continuous follow-up during our stay, and for making sure everything was at the highest standard. I am also very grateful to Mr. Hany, Front Office Manager, who closely followed our stay from arrival to departure and ensured we were given a wonderful room exactly as we had requested. Thanks to these dedicated and outstanding staff members, Seagull Hotel will always be my first choice.

Fantastic, relaxing holidays

Pros: We had a great experience here at this resort, especially due to the care and attention of the managers Mahmoud and Aboud. They made us feel truly welcome and comfortable during our stay. Also the guys at the reception were very helpful. The hotel has beautiful gardens to enjoy and everything was run with professionalism and attention to the customers. Pros: We liked the hotel’s compactness, lunch on the beach, a wide selection, and delicious food! We got a better room than we had booked — very nicely renovated and with a pool view. Sleeping was comfortable; after 11 p.m. it was quiet. There was absolutely no street noise in our room. The child slept on the sofa, which was quite hard, but we managed. A pleasant hotel right in the city center! We were pleasantly surprised — for a 4★ hotel, it was of a good standard!”

Cons: We found puppies kept in a locked room on the hotel premises with very limited space and no access outside. This appeared to be a puppy mill and raised serious animal welfare concerns. Hearing the puppies cry was distressing.

Pros: Exceptional stay at this resort. The staff were increasibly attentive, and friendly always ready to help with anything we needed, especially duty manager Alaa. The location is perfect, beautiful views, and relaxing atmosphere all around. Truly enjoyed and would recommend this resort to everyone looking for a memorable vacation.

Pros: Friendly staff, very accommodating to many requests, acted promptly on any problems with our room. Always smiling and made us feel very welcome anytime of the day we saw them. Mahmoud at reception was very helpful with any queries we had and Mr Hani was extremely kind on our departure making sure we were happy

Cons: Most things were great, there was one entertainment show called mr Hotel, which was inappropriate for children to see in my view. I would recommend that’s changed. Otherwise, the rest of the entertainment nights were fun.

Cons: Huge Screens in the night shows uncomfortable with eyes & of no importance in my opinion Kids shows from 8:30 to 9:00pm it is better to be more late as from 9:00 to 9:30pm No Car Parking private to resort only on side streets places

Good stay!

Pros: We had a wonderful time at Seagull Resort in the heart of Hurghada! The location is perfect, right in the center, close to shops, restaurants, and the marina. The resort itself is beautiful, with several swimming pools and plenty of space to enjoy the sun. The beach area was lovely, and the crystal-clear water made it ideal for swimming. The staff were in general amazing, always friendly, smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. They treated our family with great kindness, especially our daughter, which made us feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The food was tasty, with enough variety for everyone, and the evening entertainment added a nice touch to the overall experience.

Cons: The only downside we experienced was that it took quite a long time to get a baby cot. We had to call the reception three times before it was finally arranged, Once it arrived, everything was fine, but this could definitely be improved.

Pros: The new section (and wifi worked in our rooms), the food options, although they could be a bit more spicier. The location is perfect to spend time at the beach during the day and explore the town at night. There's a masjid (prayer facility) on the premises which is a huge plus for Muslim patrons. Staff have a pleasant demeanor. We were upgraded to pool/Seaview and given 2hrs free to play billiards/pool/snooker

Cons: Not a dislike, but for those who may want to know,only 1/2 slides are suitable for teens, my boys enjoyed the football/soccer area although most group activities happened across it.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning up after meals was very efficient, as there was quite a bit of guests. The upgrade to the newer section was much appreciated.
