Bel Air Azur Resort (Adults Only)

Really loved it and definitely coming back!

Pros: I really loved how friendly all the staff from Reception, Restaurant, Bars, and Beach. You really have a welcoming atmosphere from the start till the end! Food was amazing, with a lot of varieties every meal! Room was always clean and had complimentaries . Fresh Pizza was served almost everyday for lunch at the Marina and the snack bar. Cons: It is not meant as a negative thing at all , rather a wish. It would be really great if guests of Bel Air could be granted extra access (maybe with extra charge) to the Arabia Beach areas and lagoon area ,at least the option would be nice to have, as a change of scenery and variation , as we came to know from the beach staff that we were not allowed to sit in many parts of the beach which was understandable to us and was well explained in the hotel map :) . If this could be made possible , that would be amazing.

Pros: We liked our stay here. Room spacious and clean. Workers kind. Food is good. You can use pools, or go to beach that is close connected with other resort. You have some shops, farmacy within three resorts which are connected. One small thing to make better: sunning beds at the pool looked old, color out... if you just put color over it, it would look like new :)

Cons: My husband and I had massage. The experience was not so pleasant. While we would get ready and positioning, masageurs would laugh and make what sounded like lot of not nice jokes looking at us and helping us to position on the bed... That's not professional. It didn't made us feel nice. Massage was also not so good unfortunately.

Really Nice And relax place to be

Pros: Hotel was really Nice, good pool And very beautiful beach . Food And drinks are always available. There was everything we need : good pools, food And bars, gym And if you want relax more there was good spa And massage openion. Evertyone were really friendly And helpful

Cons: There could be more music in the pool area, like the sister hotel had :) in day time

Pros: Staff were excellent Location was very good and uber was cheap and good service

Cons: Information reference activities in sister hotel's could have been better

Pros: Very friendly hotel with good sized rooms. Quiet at night, with daily entertainment. The beach and the swimming pool were gorgeous, and the food was great

We felt very comfortable and well taken care of during our stay.

Pros: Bel Air is an amazing hotel. It has so many things going for it. Great staff, quiet, comfy rooms, good food, gardens, pool and beach bars, sports activites and more. One special thing I would mention is the coral reef with colourful corals and fish that is right by the hotel beach! A truly amazing feature.

Cons: One minor downside I would mention is the dining room, it is a bit dark with no windows. It would be nice to be able to see outside while eating. Another thing is weak wifi signal in some areas of the hotel. But these are truly very small incoveniences in an otherwise perfect hotel.

A relaxing end to a chaotic trip through Egypt… just what we needed

Pros: Its location was great and being able to swim in the sea off the hotel grounds was amazing

Cons: Bathroom could have been more modern but nothing really we didn’t like

It was short but sweet

Pros: Food was awesome and the room was very nice and clean

Very nice hotel at the beach

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the city and immediately at the beach. It is a very nice environment with bars and pools as well. The staff was kind and helpful during our whole stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
