Pros: Really good trip, nice people. And at the reception, Islam was so nice, and help us many times.

Pros: All good, clean and new. Comfy beds and bathroom, quiet. Food is ok.

Cons: Territory and beach are very small, so there is nothing much to do outside of the room.

Pros: We spent 4 days in this hotel. This was absolutely fantastic. The staff is wonderful, give their best for customers to make them happy. They make your stay wonderful. Our house keeper Salama is just the best. Taking care of us and doing is best to make our stay wonderful. Thank you Salama for everything. I really recommend that place. Food is good as well. Room are clean and nice. You are in green area and that make the difference. We will come back for sure!

Great Experience

Pros: I had a great stay at Minamark Hotel in Hurghada, and it truly deserves a 10/10. From arrival, everything was smooth — Mr. Salama at reception made check-in quick and easy, and Wael kindly helped us with our luggage. The hotel is very nice, with a clean sandy beach, good pools, and beautiful gardens. The open buffet offers tasty food with good variety, and special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Hanna, and the hardworking restaurant team for their excellent service. The animation shows every night were fun and well organized, and a special thank you to Israa from the animation team for her kindness and positive energy. Housekeeping was also excellent — Raouf kept our room very clean throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and truly care about guests. I would definitely come back again.

Cons: As for the negatives — they did not affect my overall rating because the hotel is truly wonderful, but there are a few things that could make it even better. It would be very helpful to have a dedicated parking area for guests’ cars, as this is quite important and would make things much easier. Also, while the food quality is very good, adding more themed variety (such as Italian, Chinese, or Indian nights) would help avoid repetition and make dining more exciting. Finally, the kids’ aqua area and swimming pool water were not heated, and having them heated would greatly improve the experience, especially for children.

Pros: We have booked this hotel already 6 times. We have no any doubts when we choose Mina Mark. Small comfortable hotel. Very good beach for small children to play, swimming pools for children and adults. You never will be hungry, meals from 7 am to 9 pm. I have noticed in this year that rooms and toilets were repaired. Everything clean and organized 👌 Thanks a lot for guest relation Tatiana. She has helped to organize the event of birthday party in Italian restaurant (inside hotel) with cake for my son. Also we got some problem in reception for booking but manager has solved fast. I am so sorry that I forgot his name to thanks him a lot. Amazing vacations with Mina Mark only ♥️

We felt cheated as we have to pay for wifi even we had free wifi included

Pros: We made a payed upgrade for 20 US$/ night to a superior room and everything was fine. Loved the beach and the location of Minamark hotel. Food was ok.

Cons: The single problem was that even we had free wifi included from Booking, we had to pay for wifi for few days. It is not about the money, but it is a problem of principle because we felt cheated.

All the staff are welcoming and they are trying their best to make you feel comfortable. Cons: We have never managed to stay by the pool,as the sun beds were reserved all the time by the same guests . Also at the beach,there were guests taking the sun beds in the morning,and even when they weren't there,they had them reserved,leaving behind their towels.
