Fantastic place to enjoy your holiday in nice resort with excellent food.

Pros: Best hotel in Egypt we've visited to date. Personal was very helpful and nice from our very first entrance until our last minutes. Food was fantastic, lot of different possibilities/kitchens to choose from. Nice and clean pools cleaned daily. Nice beach. Excellent for kiting on-site. New promenade in front of the hotel, new shops.

Cons: Everything was great. I would stay longer, if I had more vacation days.

Excellent Stay - Plenty Here For Everyone

Pros: 2nd visit. Recently refurbished, especially the rooms (mine was a Princess Sea View). The food selection, and the range of eateries was good. The swimming pool was heated. A nice surprise - they gave a free 'go bag' when you leave for travelling back - water, sandwiches, crisps, fruit, fruit juice

Cons: The main pool got a little over crowded. And was a victim of sun-lounger bookers who aren't seen for hours - so get there early. The animation team were a bit loud sometimes and revelled in blasting out very loud music when you may have been hoping for a quiet time.

Super hotel and staff, if a little isolated …

Pros: Layout is good - staff are excellent - Mina very helpful - food is plentiful, varied and good …

Cons: No beach frontage - a bit isolated - our bathroom constantly flooded with water overflowing from shower and drain … The stage is a bit noisy …

Pros: There are really a lot of nice places to sit and enjoy the Sun, the all inclusive package reduces any stress of running up an unexpected bill and the staff is exceptionally friendly and competent. The food is surprisingly good for such large buffet style cooking. Especially all the salads and desserts. We booked blindly and were not in anyway disappointed, especially for the value.

Cons: There isn’t access to neighboring beaches if you like long walks on the beach. Each property is separate. The facilities are a little worn and not everything works all the time. But you adjust.

Pros: Very comfortable bath room, nice surrounding, amazing atmosphere, perfekt for people WHO Like Action and events

Cons: Maybe the Gym hall is little small

Outstanding

Pros: Great beach, pool and daytime activities. The variety and quality of food is also really good. All of the staff go above and beyond to make you happy. Special shout out to Mina the guest rep for all his assistance.

Cons: It's hard to find anything not to like. Some visitors may be less keen on the sales pitches from visiting excursion hosts, but everyone was friendly and respectful

Overall we had an amazing stay but the main hotel appears to be kept to a better standard than the bungalows. We didn’t

Pros: Amazing facilities with lots of places to eat and drink and lots of activity and entertainment. The free all inclusive restaurants are so varied so we didn’t need to try the A La Carte restaurants, and there is a sweet treats place open 24 hours! The staff were all very friendly.

Cons: We stayed in the bungalows by the sea and the drainage wasn’t good. The rooms could do with some renovations.

Lovely break just not long enough we will be back

Pros: All the staff were very helpful, especially Khalid, who looked after our bungalow whilst our 4 night stay. We needed a relaxing break after such a busy 3 weeks travelling around the Nile in Eygpt. Mina also organised for a late checkout, which helped a lot due to a very late flight.

Cons: Nothing not to like
