Excellent stay for kids
Pros: Excellent food, majority of staff were very friendly, especially Ali from Soliel restaurant (I’ll attach his picture, great with the kids). Very good splash pool for young kids and goood water slides. Gym was also good.
Cons: One member of staff was very rude, he was at the outside bar near the beach just past the water slides in the morning. I had ordered to pineapple juices and he gave me one, so I said ‘oh sorry, 1 more please’ and then he started raising his arms and giving me attitude. I was surprised because all the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent family vacation
Pros: Everything. The staff is very considerate and playful with the kids, food was varied and very good, kids club was fun for our 4 year old, swimming pools were a good mix from relaxation, proper swimming and playing in the kid's pool. Absolutely recommend for families!

Great hotel! Everything is super!
Pros: Great hotel! Everything is super! Super varied food! Perfect cleaning! Interesting cultural program! Bars, restaurants, cocktails - everything is top notch!
Cons: My wife said that the gym is not very big, and there are not many exercise machines and equipment for sports, but it didn't matter to me, because I was drinking beer at the time.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!
Pros: This is our third visit in a row, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Reda, who upgraded our bracelets to VIP, allowing us to visit four à la carte restaurants and surprising us with an elegant fresh fruit basket in the room. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!
Cons: During low tide, the sea water became quite shallow, which made swimming a bit difficult.

Pros: My stay was in the third week of May. It was great, the staff is brilliant, helpful and cooperative. They provide cuisine from different countries every day.

Pros: The area was very beautiful especially in the renovated part. The restaurant and the design was very good and helped you feel relaxed. They had different live music each day at dinner and a show at the theatre for kids. I strongly recommend this place
Cons: The location is not very close to hurgada but they have very good taxi system within the hotel. The sea is not very good because it has small sharp rocks and it s difficult to get in especially with a small kid like us. And it had a lot of jelly fishes. The sheets weren't very soft. Lastly although the staff was very very friendly and polite, some receptionists feld little abrupt. But overall it was a really really nice experience.

Pros: I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfort , the staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. It’s also conveniently located near everything you need. Special thanks to Mr. John, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. If you’re planning a vacation to Hurghada or Gouna, this is definitely the best place to stay! We are willing next time to bring out friends and families

Value for money , great food , lovely staff
Pros: This place is value for money . There are plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained . The staff make a great effort to keep guests happy .
Cons: The room furniture was outdated . The double bed was comfortable but the mattress on the single beds were less comfortable .

Pros: The Hotel was very clean. Hotel staff very helpful, friendly, polite and make you feel comfortable and welcome. The food was tasty different dishes served in lunch and then dinner. Veriaty of food and drinks . Coctails were strong not like in normal all inclusice packages with cheapest weak drinks. The hotel had 3 swimming pool areas. You could quietly enjoy your stay by a pool where only adults were allowed. Or enjoy a bit of music and have fun with friends and family in other 2 pool areas. I will definitly go back next year.

Excellent Service, Great Food, and the Best Hotel to Stay at in Hurghada
Pros: The staff was incredible—exceptionally kind and supportive. Vegan options were clearly labelled at the buffet, and there’s also a dedicated vegetarian restaurant. The food was fresh and homemade. We stayed in the Honeymoon Room, which had stunning sea views and was quite spacious. Since we arrived early in the morning, we were able to book an early check in, paying 20 EUR.
Cons: I would recommend providing a soap and shampoo dispenser instead of using small plastic bottles. The booking conditions could be clarified. On Booking.com, it states that the hotel will block an amount on your account to verify payment information, but three days before arrival, they block the full amount. I feel this information is not clearly communicated on the platform.
