Pros: The staff are very professional, attentive, well trained and customer oriented. Everyone from the reception, restaurant, staff, cleaning personnel is very helpful and extremely polite. I highly recommend Movenpick Al Gouna for high standards at very reasonable rates and peace of mind.

Pros: It was wonderful to have all meals and drinks included but the best part was the staff. So efficient, friendly and going the extra mile for every single one of their guests. The pool area was fabulous, the beach area immaculate and our rooms clean and the beds super comfortable. The aquapark was the best thing according to my son. Overall we felt safe and welcome.
Cons: There was not much we did not like. Only the pool closing at 5pm was mildly limiting but it did give us an opportunity to rest in our room before dinner. The additional outings were a bit too far for us to reach financially however I do feel they were well priced even though we could not afford it.

Pros: The hotel is excellent and the staff were wonderful, especially الاستاذ/ نجيب حلمي Mr. Naguib Helmy, he was really cooperative, respectful, and well-mannered. The hotel is clean, the swimming pool is wonderful, the beach is beautiful and clean, and the entertainment is excellent. The only comment is about the dinner buffet. It needs attention and variety of items, and some of the food was cold. But in general, the hotel is excellent and I will come back to stay there again

Good stay for family
Pros: Room is comfortable with best view. Staff is helpful. Food is excellent with a lot of varieties. We needed a doctor, the clinic was helpful and fast to respond however we were at middle of night.
Cons: Access to the Door at one of our rooms has issues, each time they want to access the room they had to go the reception to reactivate. Kids area need to be better and activities to children need to be more.

Cons: I got severely ripped off in the hotel pharmacy and paid $55 for antibiotics which were $9 in a local pharmacy. Disgusting behaviour.

Pros: With my wife we had a wonderful week filled with fun, relaxation and chilled out moments. The staff is very helpful and always friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily and the food is good. The SPA center works very well and the best thing we did was the Egyptian Hammam, very relaxing and regenerative! The Animation was so good and kind with us and all. Plus my wife used the hair salon and the owner was good and accommodating to her request for a new look! The entertainment staff for guests is very good and always energetic and kind, trying to involve everyone in the activity and creating lots of fun
Cons: The only very disappointing note was the Orange Bay. Their attitude and the way they treated me was not at all kind and professional of them. I wanted to book a one trip for Parasailing fly and they insisted on wanting a higher payment than the current dollar currency, for example if exactly today 1 dollar equals 30 Egyptian pound, they insisted to make me pay by black market payment which would be 1 dollar equals 38 Egyptian pound, the saddest thing from them is that they were very rude to me, it was all or nothing. Also because the payment I made for the stay at the hotel I paid with current currency, 1 dollar 30 Egyptian pound. I think that with customers you always have to be kind and what's more, this way of bribery doesn't seem right to me. Otherwise the place is highly recommended
