Sunrise Solara Aqua park Resort

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. I arrived with a pre-existing leg injury, and the hotel went above and beyond to support me — they provided a wheelchair and assisted me with all my movements, always with genuine care and professionalism. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling, making us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. Their hospitality and courtesy really stood out and made all the difference. The buffet food included in the price, as well as the drinks, were outstanding — everything was delicious, fresh, and of excellent quality. The room was very clean, well maintained, and offered all the amenities we could possibly need. Overall, we were extremely happy with everything: the services, the comfort, the food, and above all, the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff. We truly felt taken care of and would gladly return.

Pros: Everything was great! The team is professional and service is seamless. Huge thanks to Front Office Manager Mahmoud Soltan—a total superstar. Always available via WhatsApp or in person, he took our stay to a new level of comfort. Highly recommended for his dedication!

Pros: Everything! Starting with the location of the hotel which is very easy & convenient especially if you are coming from Cairo highway. The hotel itself is super nice; the atmosphere, the vibes, the staff! Everybody is serving you with a smile and you feel they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The food exceeded my expectations honestly. Great varieties, everything is clean and hot. You can literally eat all you want all day. Special thanks to Mr. Ayman who ensured we have an enjoyable stay & to all the staff for their exceptional & loving service :)

Cons: 1- The lack of room keys in the hotel was definitely frustrating.. Staying in a triple room where we are forced all to share 1 key because the hotel did not have enough room keys. 2- The view from most of the room balconies in Solara is not the best but it was not a big deal for us because we did not go to the room except at night to sleep.

We very much enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the kids loved the aquapark.

Pros: The property was very nice. Great price/quality.

Cons: It was sometimes a bit noisy (between the rooms and outside).

New Year at Sunrise

Pros: The resort is really beautiful. All the staff are helpful, polite and friendly. The food was amazing especially on New Years Eve and the bartenders are very knowledgeable and friendly. The pizza station was great!

Cons: The pool was too cold for swimming and the Chinese restaurant can be improved on.

Pros: My stay at Sunrise Solara made me wanna see more of Egypt. Very friendly people, very good food and entertainment. We enjoyed it alot. I ll come back again for sure.

Very nice resort in Hurghada

Pros: I liked the food (breakfest was the best). The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice and even though we had a small issue. Everything was resolved quickly.

Cons: The beach was nice but access to the sea could be better.
