Great place for relaxing

Pros: Have been here for family vacation, we all liked it, the kid always have something to do with many dedicated places even a daycare. Reception is very welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Mahmoud Sultan, made us feel home. The place is very nice place food was really good. Swimming pool.

Pros: I really appriciate that the hotel was genuinely interested in gathering peoples feedback. Everyday were walking and asking if needed. Food, super good, great variery, aall Staff I mean all were super friendly and helpful. Much better experience than albatros!

Great place and staff will come back again for sure!

Pros: The staff were amazing even during ramadaan everyone was super friendly and helpful. Food was very delicious in the buffet and the restaurants. Everything 2as very clean and the hotel is well maintained and organised. And there were warm pools available for out of season.

Cons: The restaurant reservation was a little difficult to book spots but we made it to 2 a la carte which was ok

Fun, Sun & good food

Pros: Great Aquapark, good food, very good and friendly personal. We had the wonderful rooms with pool access, very nice.

Cons: Beach was okay, but no sand ground, instead sharp stones. With swimming shoes it was no problem to get into the water. The pools were very cold at this time of year, 19°C. But good for refreshing.

Best recommended stay

Pros: Everything was tremendous. Mr.Soltan was really helpful with in and out of our at stay. He made us comfortable. Best was the breakfast andlunchbox packed at anytime we start for a trip. Room service was really great. Food and bar counters were so impressive. Indian restaurant food was best. Asian restaurant is recommended. All rooms and pools were neatly maintained. Hospitality was amazing and supporting staffs were immessible. Kudos for the Animator team for keeping engaged throughout the stay!

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great! Suggestion: Sign board to all the bar, toilets, and attractions could be helpful!
