Good Beach, Restaurant Staff, and Clean Rooms with Unfriendly Reception and Bad Scam Tour Experience

Pros: We stayed at this hotel for four days and had two rooms. The rooms were clean and looked recently renovated, which was a positive point. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant staff were very polite, kind, and helpful, which was a big contrast to the reception team. We especially want to thank Mr. Mohamed Barakat, the restaurant manager, who was very professional and supportive. He showed a positive attitude toward guests and made our experience in the restaurant much better. The night activities were enjoyable and added a nice touch to the evenings.

Cons: Our package was all-inclusive, but it did not meet our expectations. It included three simple meals and one open bar for a limited time and for certain drinks only. Any other items had to be paid for separately. However, the reception staff were not friendly or professional. Some of the young men working there lacked experience, and the reception manager was rude and unhelpful. He made things difficult whenever we asked for assistance, which created a bad impression. The food choices were limited. Breakfast was poor, while lunch and dinner were acceptable but without much variety. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with a tour sold by Ahmad, the tour representative in the hotel. We bought three tickets for a full-day trip (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) to the Dolphin House with two snorkeling stops. However, the trip turned out to be only a four-hour boat ride, the food was poor, and there was no visit to the dolphin area. We later discovered that the price we paid was three times higher than similar tours sold in town. Ahmad pretended to be surprised when we complained, but it was clear he had misled us. We strongly advise other guests not to buy tours from the hotel. Instead, buy them from any travel office in the city — they are more reliable and much cheaper.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend!

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the manager, Mr. Gresha. He was always around, approachable, and ready to listen or help with anything you needed – a true example of great hospitality! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The food was delicious, and while I think the variety could be slightly improved, overall, it was enjoyable and satisfying. I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

Cons: There are a couple of things to keep in mind: the hotel is not located close to the downtown area, so you’ll need to use Uber or another transport option to get there. Also, I was a bit surprised to find that the pool bar doesn’t serve beer – something that would have enhanced the relaxing poolside experience.

Pros: I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome from the start. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean – everything was well taken care of. The beach and pool areas were beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed how clean and well-maintained everything was. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options at every meal. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Pros: Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en Hurghada. Aunque no pasamos mucho tiempo en el hotel porque al llegar reservamos excursiones con Abdallah, quien nos ayudó a organizar toda la estancia, disfrutamos muchísimo del viaje. Seguimos sus recomendaciones al pie de la letra; el paseo en barco fue espectacular y él siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Lo pasamos de maravilla tanto en el hotel como en Hurghada.

Pros: من أول ما دخلنا الريسيبشن وفريق العمل قابلنا بابتسامة وترحيب جميل خلّانا نحس إننا في بيتنا. الشاطئ كان روعة ونضيف جدًا، واستمتعنا بكل لحظة هناك. والأكل بقى كان تحفة، متنوع وطعمه يجنّن. بصراحة كانت تجربة ممتازة

Cons: بصراحة ماعجبناش فريق الأنيميشن خالص، كان صوتهم عالي والدنيا عندهم كانت ملخبطة، وإحنا أساسًا كنا رايحين علشان نرتاح ونقضي وقت هادي. غير الجزء ده، باقي التجربة كانت كويسة.

Pros: J’ai passé un séjour absolument formidable dans cet hôtel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel s’est montré incroyablement accueillant, attentif et toujours prêt à aider. La plage est tout simplement magnifique : un véritable havre de paix, parfait pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du cadre. Les piscines sont impeccablement propres et très agréables. Côté restauration, la qualité des plats est remarquable : savoureux, variés et préparés avec des produits frais.

صراحة إقامتي في الفندق كانت فوق الممتاز!

Pros: من أول ما وصلت والاستقبال كان في منتهى الذوق والترحاب. الأوضة كانت نضيفة جدًا وريحة النظافة فيها باينة، والسرير مريح بطريقة تخليك مش عايز تقوم منه. الخدمة سريعة واحترافية، وكل طلب كنت بطلّبه كان بيتعمل فورًا من غير أي تأخير. كمان الفطار كان متنوّع وطعمه حلو، وكل حاجة فريش. المكان نفسه هادي ومريح للأعصاب، والموقع قريب من كل حاجة محتاجها. سعره كمان كويس جدًا بالنسبة لجودة الخدمة. باختصار: تجربة ممتازة وأنصح أي حد يفكر يحجز فيه من غير تردد. أكيد هكرر الزيارة!

Great Stay!

Pros: The rooms were spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable place to relax. The pools and the beach were perfect for unwinding, and I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The food was tasty with plenty of good options to choose from. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, highly recommended!

Cons: The only disappointing part of our stay was that alcoholic drinks were not included in our reservation. It was not clearly mentioned anywhere, and when we asked, the staff told us that our booking was for “soft all-inclusive,” meaning no alcoholic drinks were included. This should have been made clearer from the beginning. However, we managed by getting our own drinks from the lovely place called HEDRA just outside the hotel. The owner, Sameh, was extremely nice, and we enjoyed having our drinks by the pool.

Pros: J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La nourriture était délicieuse avec un bon choix de plats. La piscine et la plage étaient propres et bien entretenues, parfaites pour se détendre. Ma chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très bien entretenue. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir !
