Wondeful staff. Amazing views. Great location.

Pros: Really professional staff. Diarr, the night manager went out of his way to accommodate us arriving on the early morning train. Amazing location on the Nile. Comfortable and spacious room.

Fab breakfast, wonderful views

Pros: The view of the Nile and Valley of the Kings mountain range was incrediible! Breakfast was amazing. Bed was comfy and very reasonably priced drinks in the bar. Going to stay here again in November

Pros: The location is excellent, and the staff are fantastic, always smiling! It's the perfect place to relax overlooking the Nile, and the room is very nice. I recommend doing the activities they offer (temple tours with a guide and driver).

Cons: The only downside is the shops inside, I don't recommend buying souvenirs there or eating at their pizzeria. However, their grill is very good!

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend.

A must stay in paradise in Luxor

Pros: Great location right next to the Nile River with beautiful views. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay, room is clean and cute.

Cons: there were mosquitoes that kept us awake at night, possibly because we stayed in a garden bungalow. the food was average for the price.

A lovely experience with amazing views over the Ricer Nile

Pros: Its location being opposite the River Nile. We liked the Swimming Pool areas. It’s a very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Pros: The location on the Nile is excellent with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and professional. The pool area and gardens were very pleasant, and overall the hotel has a nice ambience

Cons: I was disappointed that a service charge was added at the self-service buffet restaurant where guests serve themselves. If this is a tourist tax or mandatory government charge, it should be clearly stated as “tourist tax” on the bill rather than “service charge.” Transparency in billing is very important for international visitors

Pros: Best pkace to stay in Luxor Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Luxor. The view of the Nile alone is worth it — especially at sunset. Sitting by the pool with that view was just perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I loved waking up to the river view every morning. The hotel gardens are beautiful and make the whole place feel calm and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and helpful the entire time. Everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty. The terrace view while eating was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luxor. Totally deserves 10/10!

Wonderful View

Pros: We opted for the Dulux King with Nile view, and we did get a Nile view. It was wonderful to sit on the Balcony and watch all the boats. And in the morning (about 6.30am) you could see all the hot air balloons rise on the far side of the river. The bed was very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, and the shower had good pressure. There was space in the mini-fridge for your own water, which was great. Downstairs looked like it had been renovated compared to our room with a very comfortable terrace. It is also worth noting that this hotel is also in a security enclosure, which means you can wait outside the hotel for your tour/driver/taxi without being hassled. There are also a number of shops in the enclosure, which you can look around, again without being hassled or pressured, which was wonderful. The Italian restaurant (also in the enclosure) had a number of vegetarian options.

Cons: The room could do with a facelift. Everything was very comfortable, but everything in the room was also a little scuffed or stained which was a shame as everything else was so good.
